Sachin Pilgaonkar was to shoot at Mona Kapoor's Future Studios but ended up shooting at JD Majethia's studio for Kadvee Khatti Meethi. Reason: Mona refused to let them shoot at the last minute.
A miffed Sachin says, "I had negotiated the money and other details well in advance with Mona. At the last moment they must have got a better offer so they did not let us shoot. One has to be professional in such matters. Had it not been for JD Majethia, it would have been very difficult for us to find a new set. I am not sure if I will work with Mona again."

Mona Kapoor, on the other hand, says, "Because of last year's extended rainy season, the paint was taking time to dry. We informed Sachin well in advance. There was a genuine problem and so he went and shot somewhere else."
