So PH made me finally root for Akriti N enpathise with her

So sadly tday the ph actually made me hate gungun fr whom i was tolerating this crap.. Since riddesh death her chatacter has been going downhill..atleast being with him i cld see that innocnce in her which somehere is missing now..she has no regret ruining her Bua daughter married life( who took care of fr years) no matter how spineless she is now .Yes, akriti played a game n snatched all frm her but but did she marry Anu at gun point? She tried n whole k fam n anu easily gave in.. infact anu words during sangeet wch he actually used to taunt only gg made akriti feel he loves her .Currenlty i see no signs of akriti misebhaving with k fam so y shldnt they incline towards her ? Shes cooking,tc care of her hubby, working on her professional life also so y wld k fam not like this allrounder bahu ? OR maybe the PH want me to like her

personally i don't like Aakriti at all. She's manipulative as hell, not to mention selfish to the core. Can't see beyond herself. All her good bahu act is to impress a guy who shows zero interest in her. Who told her to her face he never saw her as anything other than a colleague. But she pretended & told her Dean/Maya that they are in a relationship for a year.

She doesn't even care about her own mother.

No matter what Anubhav does to her, she brought this on herself. Being obsessed with a guy who ignores her at every opportunity ain't it. And tbh Anubhav cheating on her is not going to make her a victim in my eyes. 🤷

No idea why PH is showing this, I mean I have seen in serials where a vamp behaves good with in laws but in her mind she says “I am trying to impress them”. But here Aakriti is ideal bahu, I mean for last two episodes.

I think the reason PH is doing it because later on when Anugun marriage reality comes up, we might see K family supporting Aakriti.

Gungun I can’t blame her because just imagine the mental stress upon her. And she was falling for Anu already, we saw how she behaved with Anu on ice cream date or the party, how broken she was when Anu canceled the marriage. And now though socially Anukriti is married Gungun knows that the mandir shaadi is something neither she nor Anu can ignore.

I know Anubhav is doing everything wrong but now that Golu chacha gang know the truth they should help Anubhav. Anubhav is to blame for everything that is happening but for last three days his life is also total mess. No matter how much he bad mouthed Gungun before marriage he liked her, he told he liked old Gungun. He broke the marriage not in anger but he was hurt.

Who is the real culprit? It’s Maya and Aakriti whatever happened in the party is because of them.

And K family is no better.

Instead of hating them makers are making us hate Anubhav and Gungun.

We should not have any sympathy towards Aakriti

Nor we should wish Gungun go US with Maya.

I would prefer Gungun going to a city in India with Garima bua and in the mean time Anubhav to get rid of Aakriti with the help of Golu gang.

I can never even feel a bit of sympathy , empathy for Akriti even for a second . That girl is a manipulative , cunning and selfish to the core.

Any vamp doesn't do anything till the things are going in her favour . The real character is basically shown when things are against you . When she got to know about anu's signature the behaviour she had shown was nasty . The behaviour she has shown when Riddhesh died was pathetic and downright disgusting .

As for Gungun she has been thinking about everyone she is pushing anu away again and again for the girl who ruined her life and snatched her every relation. She didn't called anu even once it is his choice and his feelings that he is drawn towards Gungun.

If Garima has given a mother's love to gg , she also has given her the respect and love of a mother . Akriti called Garima because she wanted someone to take care of her dad but Gungun let go off Garima because she wanted Garima to have a family, to enjoy a mother daughter relationship which she never had with Maya. Also not to forget Riddhesh was the one who took care of Garima when she was cheated by her husband but when Gungun needed her the most she left her . Doctor told her Gungun can again try to attempt suicide and instead of being with her she choses REAL daughter so Gungun doesn't owe anything either to Garima or Akriti.

We will get to see Akriti's real face after she comes to know about her husband is the one who filled sindhoor on GG's hairline. Then all this sweetness will disappear. Now she is so nice because she is getting all the attention and love from K family.

I don't think GG is ruining her bua's daughter's married life. It's Anubhav who is behind her.

I haven't watched the show fully, but ITV is incapable of showing nuanced, grey shaded characters.

The third angle has to be a full vamp so that you root for the main characters. Otherwise, if the third angle is redeemable, it creates a moral dilemma, and viewers generally don't like such tracks.

If you look at Aakriti, with the following, it gives an insight into some of her actions.

1) blinded against her mother from her childhood because she's probably been fed lines by the paternal side of family

2) dislikes Gungun because she thinks Gungun has her mother (and later Anubhav)

3) thinks Gungun is a poor fit for Anubhav and he was being forced into the marriage by his family (not entirely wrong, even Anubhav thought so in the beginning)

The biggest flaw in Aakriti's character so far, as the OP says, is that she planned for AnuGun separation with Maya. She might have thought it with the intention of saving Anubhav or with the ulterior motive of Anukriti, but it's a flaw all the same.

That being said, if Anukriti got married (think quasi-arranged rather than love), and there was no Gungun in their lives, it would be a pretty stable marriage IRL.

Both scientists (so Aakriti and Anubhav would be at similar wavelengths and have similar interests)

Aakriti wouldn't be an open vamp. Yes, she might dislike her in-laws, but tbf, most folks in real life do too! 😃

Aakriti obviously likes Anubhav, and in time, he would probably grow to like her (as in most arranged marriages). Maybe not the shiddat wala love- few marriages are like that in real life anyway.

The episode with the nice background music for Akriti was shameful making us viewers wanting to like Akriti ! Sorry I can’t ! Everything she’s done in the past to snatch Anubhav and talk badly for GG ( she did still did it when she won putting GG down in the hospital ) . I still feel hatred towards her and when her scenes are on tv I fast forward ! She vicious and cunning to get Anubhav family right from the beginning to like her portraying she has his interests at heart ! She doesn’t deserve then or him ! The more Abu hides things about GG from his family the more his family will get attached to RKC so this is his fault completely . I hope Ronnie manipulates the photo of the temple wedding & morphs his pic putting Sindhoor on GG and shows everyone Ks everyone thst he out Sindhoor on GG! That will be fun to watch !

If Anubhav cheats on her, I don't give a damn.

Neither the actress nor the character is written well or brings something more to the character.

Why would I even feel for someone who has no existence in the show except to "obtain" Anubhav 😆.

Maybe that's how they will go, AnuGun vs Family.

To be honest, all Kshit ladies are as pathetic and as down market as Akriti.

In fact, if GG associates herself with these ladies who only bitch and crib, she gonna get polluted.
