Making a post in this forum after ages...I just liked this show but as we no that how the show is getting butchered...
The character of Gungun is so clear and transparent. If she is good, then she is good with no pretension. She doesn't knows how to pretend happiness or sadness. She doesn't knows how to hide tears. If she feels bad, she is open about it. That's what I like about her so much. I believe that Gungun can never be a backstabber at all. How Kulshreshthas believed her to be a chameleon is still unbelievable to me. Gungun believed her mother, when Maya showered lil bit of love to her. She believes in spreading in happiness to all, what she did for Goluji was a perfect example of this.
The character of Anubhav seems to be clear. He feels himself to be clear, people around him feel that Anubhav is mature, but we as third audience know the deviations. What I like about him is he also speaks the truth, Gungun also speaks the truth but there is a difference between it. Gungun could have insulted the family members when she first met them if she felt wearing a saree, speaking regonal language is a low class. But Anubhav judged her from her bungalow and expensive things. I know people over here have discussed so much here. So wont elaborate it much.
Gungun was at no fault in the pre wedding party. In realistic situation, when somebody is insulted in a family by someone else's family, we do feel bad. But here Gungun has done good for the family also, KS people forgot all her good work. They ignored how she tried to stop Maya. They know how Maya is, but still they believed Maya regarding the Chhavi's dress. Gungun forgot her own failure and tried to celebrate Chhavi's happiness. Who does this? And they bothered the dress thing. The KS people always say that they are so Bhola that they don't understand the cunningness of people. I think they are right. During the Pradyush thing, I feel Pradyush might have his eligible story, but they aren't ready to listen the story. When Maya forced the singer to sing, then he literally thought he is a good singer. Everytime the family stops him, but this time the family was helpless how? Can't they make any excuse, can't they tell him that he is the Besura of all, he might get hurt, but he will work hard on his music. Charudutta told everyone to not respond back, means they are just like Yudhishthir, Majboor Log.
I have new name for Kulshresthas, KulNimnas (Opposite of Shreshtha is Nimna in Hindi) I dont know what are the conditions of being good for KS people. If you are nice to them, they are extra ordinarily nice to you. If you oppose, they dont even listen to your opinions. When Anubhav told he doesn't wanna marry Gungun, everyone used the weapon of emotional blackmail on him. Are bhai, its a marriage, Bade Pappa kabhi galat decision nai lete, aur ab Akriti se shaadi karvake, galat decision ka khud example set kar rahe hai. He stopped eating and made Anu agree to decision by hook or crook. Sending people to the guilt trip is the task of KS people. Now second time when Anubhav said to not marry, then Bade Pappa cared for his Vachan, pehla decision to dhang ka nai hua (acc to them), to dusre kam se kam kisiki sun lo.
This Goli constantly keeps on saying that I'm strong. What happened to you when you saw Pradyush. If you were strong, they you would have shown Maya her place. If you were strong then the presence of Pradyush wouldn't have affected you.
Golu Chachu the only real one. He knows the value of Gungun because she actually saved him. What Anubhav keeps on saying family values, I think his family values is to make his family happy, do what his family says. A good saree wearing girl like Akriti serves a purpose of a family value girl. The girl who goes to mandir, who obeys everything is a family value girl.
