Part 12

At hotel room, Tina was upset. "I dont want to meet anyone" she shouted. "See this all mess is done by you. Now its nice opportunity for us to earn money and get out of that politician's trap. He has made our life hell. We are not able to move out of this hotel even. How we can go back to Mumbai?" Balraj replied in harsh tone. "Why I need to perform again to come out

of this situation? They asked you to pay re-pay advanced amount. But you said you have spent all that amount. Thats why they are threatening us to re-pay double of amount. So its not my mistake, its yours!" Tina replied. Balraj was about to argue more when he received call from Yug. "Mr. Balraj we are here in dining area of your hotel. Where are you?" Yug asked. "Yes, we are coming down" Balraj replied. "Look I dont want your drama. Get ready and come down in 5 minutes" he threatened Tina. Balraj left and She was fuming with anger. Her mom tried to make her understand but she was in no mood to listen. "Mom, don't you have doubt on Balraj the way he is handling financial matters. He is not even giving any justification where he has spent all that money. I think he is just using us" she said and her mom was scared that they might get caught. "Tina he is really nice guy. And he is doing this for us only. See its really suffocating in this city. Its better to re-pay amount and leave this place.Dont you want to go back to Mumbai?" her mom asked her. "If yes then please go and meet those people"her mom said and Tina was thoughtful.

Yug and Mr. Kashyap was seated in dining area. Yug's was dying to meet her. Balraj came there and he introduced himself to them. "Where is Tina?" Yug asked searching for her. "She is coming.." Balraj replied. Yug's eyes were searching for her only when he saw coming near to table. Looking at her he was not able to convince himself once she is not his kali. But yet she was so opposite. She came and sat opposite to Yug. His eyes were fixed on her, but she was less bothered to look at him. "Hello young lady!" Mr. Kashyap greeted her and Tina replied with smile. Yug was continuously staring at her but she yet didn't put glance on him even. "Yug told me that you are good singer. So sing something special today. Based on that we can decide further" Mr. Kashyap replied. "Yes, yes! Please sing a nice song" Balraj said and Tina gave him fiery look. "Sorry I cant sing today. I have throat infection" Tina replied absurdly. Balraj was all furious on her drama. "Ohh we were not aware that you are not ok. Else we would have postponed the meeting" Mr. Kahsyap replied calmly. "Can we do it tomorrow?" Mr. Kashyap asked. "Yeah tomorrow is perfectly ok. She will be alright by tomorrow" Balraj assured looking furiously at Tina. "Ok you people can come to my studio tomorrow. It will give us better voice quality test." Mr. Kashyap said and Balraj agreed. Yug being silent spectator was experiencing all this. He noticed tension brewing on her face. She was not happy about something. Balraj and Tina moved away from table and Balraj went mad on Tina. Yug was looking at her continuously but she didn't notice him once throughout this incident. "If you are my Kali, you will come back to me!" Yug thought in mind and saw her approaching near table again. He was all happy, his intuitions were not wrong. She came near table, picked up her mobile phone and went away again without noticing him. Yug was left puzzled.

In the night, Yug was restless in his room. He was not able to get true identity this way by any meaning. He needed more time to identify truth in this matter. "Shall I take help of police in this matter? If I show Kali's pic to them and get it match with Tina. But whats the use if she is denying herself. Why she is not recognizing me. She should come tomorrow to Mr. Kashyap studio. I need to find out her truth." Yug thought. He immediately called up Balraj and asked him about their plan. "Tina is not ready. I told you she wont perform unless advance amount is given", Balraj created fake story to get some money. "You dont worry about it. Just make sure that you both reach there." Yug wanted to see her again anyhow.

Next morning, from office Yug left for Mr. Kashyap studio. He had plan ready to know about her truth. Gauri was leaving no chance behind to get near to Yug. She decided to grab opportunity and meet Yug. But when she came to office she got to know he has left for Mr. Kashyap studio. She decided to reach there and spend time with Yug. Yug reached there and as he wanted Balraj, Tina and her mother were already there. "So Tina are you ready for performance today" Mr. Kashyap asked. Tina with force from her mother said yes. "Ok, which song you would perform" Mr. Kasyap asked. "Same song which she performed in party two days before" Yug buzzed quickly. She looked at him with astonishment. "That song will give better idea of voice quality to Mr. Kashyap" Yug was carefully executing his plan. "I may not remember that song" Tina replied. But Balraj forced that she will sing it. With her much displeasure, she occupied one studio room. All other were waiting outside for her performance. Going back to same zone, she closed her eyes she started singing. Yug was hearing magic of that song all over
again and he was sure she is Kali. No one can have that purity which was their in her voice. A voice which always made him spell bounded.

Gauri was all her way reached to Mr. Kahsyap studio. She got out of the lift and opened up the door and froze for moment hearing that song again "Kaalii..." she stood their in shock.

Tina stopped singing and Yug came out of daze. "Wonderful!" Mr. Kashyap exclaimed and he was already to sign her as new singer in his album. Balraj asked Yug about advanced amount. Yug sorted out same matter with Kashyap and he readily handed over 5 Lakhs cheque to Tina. For Balraj his eyes sparkled looking at such big amount. They all were busy discussing when Yug noticed Gauri approaching towards his direction. He had reason to worry. He never wanted to Tina to face Gauri when he was not aware about truth. He was sure she will make him more difficult for him. Yug put up excuse and immediately came out of studio room. "What are you doing over here? Following me? Dont you have any other work?" Yug said angrily. "Yug who was singing here? It was same song Kali used to sing even her voice sounded so similar" Gauri said in worried tone. "Ohh so you are trying to interfere in my personal matter?" Yug said trying to cover up situation. "I am only getting that song recorded. As it was special for kali I am doing it." Yug bluffed this time. Gauri was still confused. "Now go back home rather than poking nose in my matter." Yug said. "Yug, i thought we can spend some time together" Gauri said trying to get close to him. "Are you leaving quietly or you want to me insult more" Yug said in harsh tone trying to make her loose her grip. Gauri decided to leave. Yug came back to studio and came to know Tina is already gone. "Arey Yaar, This Gauri spoiled all my efforts. I need to find some other way to meet her again" Yug thought. He called up Balraj. "Can we meet today for dinner? Just to celebrate Tina's success" He put up then plan and Balraj was all ready again.

Back in hotel, Tina was getting fresh in washroom. Her mom and Balraj were discussing about today's incident "This Yug Chaudhary is very useful for us. Seems like he is Big
fan of Tina's voice else think who can give such opportunity to unknown person. Seems like he has very good contacts. After all he is son of Chaudhary family from Mithila. we should make use of ihim." Balraj said looking at cheque of 5 Lakhs. Tina came out of washroom and Balraj quickly changed the topic. "Balraj, get that cheque issued and pay amount to politician. It will solve our problem. We can go back to Mumbai atleast" Tina said. "Are you mad to go back to Mumbai now? Wait till the time you finish your recording. This is just signing amount we have got. We are yet to get much more" Balraj exclaimed. "You want to me stay in this horrible city Mithila?" She questioned."From
the day one everything is going in wrong direction. I want to return to Mumbai as soon as possible" Tina continued further. She went away and her mom asked Balraj when he is going to return money to that politician. "Are you mad to loose such big amount. I will tackle those people for few more days till the recording is done. Then we will run away to other city than Mumbai taking all money". He looked greedy.
