After kundli revelation perhaps. Kaali will get to know that vishwa has not informed yug's family of the kundli really as he claimed. But i don't see her confessing at all any time soon.
Kali already knows that Vishwa never told Yug's family about the story regarding the kundli etc.
I was thinking about this spoiler - may be too much. I am not sure it fits with the current story line and other spoilers. When will this accident/confession take place - after Aryan is exposed or when Dadi will find out about kundi or before? How will it affect these other spoilers.
This spoiler sorta makes sense. Think about it. Aryan is exposed...Sindoor falls on Kali's forehead...she brushes it off...Yug ends up with an accident because of an argument he had with Kali, she finds out..rushes to his bedside and confesses but refuses to accept it fully because Gauri and Yug are due to get married. And then the drama goes to the altar, and booom, KaYu gets married because of Manjiri!😃😆
