By showing Indra as Sethji, they are ruining the very concept of the show. The whole thing started because Rahul wanted to prove that his brother didn't die by chasing a myth and wanted to find the real culprit. But now all that is ruined. How's Rahul and Preeti supposed to believe anyone in the future and fight for a cause? And what exactly does Indra wanted to do by gaining the shivlings. From the looks of it, he is already filthy rich and incredibly powerful. So what exactly are his motives? And he decorated the room according to his wife's liking and yet, the same guy let his wife and daughter be tortured by Nammo Rani. And same is the case with Rahul. For me, Indra being Sethji is a huge letdown.

P.S: Indra being super rich explain why Rahul could run around the village trying to solve the mystery without bothering about any expenses and money problems.

Now we need to know his motive

He had the evidence against Namrata for a long time. Why didn't he just hand it over to police and get her arrested? Instead he sat back and watched as Namrata tortured and used his family to get hold of the shivlings. If he's really innocent, then he better have a very convincing explanation for letting his own daughter get tortured.

He sounded like he appreciated her for her concern about Rahul's well being. Maybe he was being sarcastic but I am really pissed off with his character right now. So maybe I'm just overthinking.
