DOTW:Importance of reincarnation

I am really surprised that how the idea of reincarnation is spreading from movies to daily soaps. For some it proved to be a lucky mascot and for some it turned out to be a disaster.

So this week we will be discussing how important is "Reincarnation" for a daily show.

When the show is running out of new plots and twists the makers choose to reincarnate the actors, in other words a chance to repeat whatever they showed so far but in a modern style. Now my question is, is it really wrong if they choose to maintain the story with a reincarnation track? If YES then why or if NOT then why.

Now coming back to Kaajjal, the show which was wrapped up right after the reincarnation track, why do you think it experienced heavy loss? If Apurva and Surveen were a part of the reincarnation, what is the guarantee that the plot would have been a hit and why not a flop.

First and foremost....

I think If apu and Sur had been It Could perhaps have been a Hit.
If you remember the Track did generate a Lot of curiosity but after seeing the immature acting and the not-so great new cast the show flopped.

People From the starting have loved dev and kaajjal's chemistry...so imagine their love starting all over again and this time with an aim to kill the villains.
I personally would have been very very excited.
They could Made DPS a NRI and Kaajjal a Spoilt brat.

and Imagine Karan seeing them together...he would have died of heart attack! 😆

I basically think The re-incarnation did not work becaue of the new cast.And Im being very honest in saying...That the new cast Bore NO resemblance to the old.

Imagine OSO with some altogether new cast in the second half.It would killed the Film!! 😛

If the recarnation track have been done by Surveen and APu, it will be super hit and it will be more super hit than the rest of the show currently showing now. They have the best screen chemistry which i have not seen before in other jodi. I hope they come together again in movies or serial.

I think the reincarnation track usually means usig the same faces .. Most of the movies have done that Like Karan Arjun OSO.. Exception was Karz...
But also the new duo were'nt upto the mark as Apu-Sur.. See the Chemistry they laid was'nt visvile in the new duo.. Theywere more plasic ( to be honest artificle) and they wee'nt vibrant on screen..Even if u recollect he first meeting of Apu -Sur was just mindblowin !! I have'nt come across just a intro to the main characters in all the years I have been watching TV and hindi soaps!!! 👏 ..The new duo firs meeting was tried to be like the old but never left an impact !! If the same thing was done by Apu-Sur again in the reincarnation track even like something in DDLJ where Rahul ison the train and Simran is running to catch it and he pulls her in.. Imagine thesame senario with Apu ( in new janam ) as Rahul and Surveen new Janam) as Simran... Awww Kya scenehota 😳
Another thing I felt what Kacoon was trying to do in the reincarnation track is Keep the names Dev and Kaajjal but faces different.. I don't think that works.. How will anyone be convinced that you know ur past life if the face is change ... Its hard to believe.. I feel reincarnation is logical if faces are the same but names can be differnt .... This senario makes more senses when we have two people reincarnated.. In Karz I think it was only Rishi Kapoo so that senario isdifferent>>>

i dont see a problem in reincarnation track. because to be frank, i kind of like the concept because that gives me all the more reason and opportunity to see my fav actors in yet another amaxing roop and sweet love story. i am loving the reincarnation of dulhan as well, because i hope its makers are sensitive to the issue, which kaajjal makers were not at all.

had apu and sur been the actors of the reincarnation track, i am sure the show would have been a mega hit. we all were sooooooooo eager to see them in the reinc track. but the immature acting by the new one, and poor drection as well as story completely ruined the show. even if apu and sur would have been a part of the reinc track, i dont think if the plot and direction were thios poor, it would have mattered any much. after all, a good show is a mixture of actors, acting, direction and production. which kaajjal had lost way back.
