Dev, after seeing Ranvir accepting the drug pouch from that man, then thinks he has to somehow save Kaajjal from eating the food that Ranvir cooks. Ranvir meanwhile elaborately lays out a lot of food and invites Kaajjal – by first offering her a welcome coconut drink.

Dev pretends to accidentally knock it off her hand! Kaajjal is a bit miffed but then sits down to eat and is just about to eat a mouthful but Dev starts shouting that Ranvir has tried to drug them, and she should not eat this food. Ranvir says Dev is just jealous, but again Dev insists. Kaajjal is perplexed.

Just then Ranvir drops the pouch of powder down and seeing it Dev tells Kaajjal that is the drug he has tried to administer. However Ranvir eats a bit of it himself to manage to prove to Kaajjal its not harmful.

Kaajjal is angry now and shouts at Dev: "When I already love you so much and only treat Ranvir as a friend, why get so jealous that you are now accusing him?"

Dev walks off in a huff. Ranvir follows him and when they are alone a distance away, he acts high and mighty and says: "See I just acted out all this to trick you. That man who talked to me actually brought all this food from Mumbai so I can impress Kaajjal! How foolish you now look!"

Dev walks away in deep anger - and starts playing his guitar!(Where did he get it now?) Meanwhile Kaajjal unable to eat anything because she has hurt Dev, drops her food and leaving Ranvir there runs to Dev on the beachfront and hugs him!

Kaajjal and Dev are then sitting by the water's edge - and she is admiring the waves that never cease to reach their destination – the shores. And he says he is like the rocks that keep waiting endlessly - for the waves to wash over them!

They both again and again declare how much they love each other and Dev then tries to catch the "moment of togetherness" from the air and put it into her palm for keeping forever ... as he fears they may not get this time again!

She is upset too that they may soon have to separate. She tells Dev she really wants now to go home to see her Dad and Daadi, but she also tells Dev: " We may separate soon after all this time together, but we will separate only to join again forever. I will make my Dad agree to our love".

Dev does not believe her father will ever agree. But she says "You don't know him. He's just tough on the outside but too soft on the inside".

As they thus sit in silence and companionship, Ranvir approaches and looks unhappy at their closeness.

Meanwhile at Kamayani's house, Karan is anxiously still waiting for her to return the DVD to him ... and is continuously giving her major dhamkis that since any moment Dhanraj Khanna is going to come there, he is ready to tell him everything about the saazish of Kamayani and her brother.

She tells Karan: "Don't you realise that if you tell about me your own dirty secret will also have to come out?" Karan says: "Yes, but I will have the extra satisafaction that your darling brother will hereafter forever also be grinding atta in jail!" This makes Kamayani very very uncomfortable.

Just then Danny Khanna comes there and Kamayani mutters in a low voice to Karan that she will send the DVDs to him shortly ... and then pretending to look sweet in front of Danny Khanna she introduces Karan as her business partner. The men shake hands and Karan leaves … but after veiled threats to her again!

Meanwhile at the beach Ranvir asks Kaajjal why she looks sad and when she says she wishes to see her family again, he says there is a broken boat there that can be repaired and they can try to sail home! Kaajjal looks thrilled and asks Dev if this may be the same boat the Adivasis carried away? Ranvir now comes to know how Dev has been lying to her about Adivasis on the island and looks evil at this knowledge in his hands!

Later Kamayani is at some restaurant when again Karan appears asking for the DVDs. She yells at him: "It will reach you in three days!".

He says: "You better watch out. If even one copy of it is seen anywhere else and not given to me intact, your brother, after losing his dream of millions of money from Danny Khanna, will be chakki phisofying in jail!". He gives Kamayani a very threatening look and she is very agitated now. Freeze.
