I to agre with Jyothio!!!> I see no traces of DPS in Devinder.. and I don't think it will be ever seen..Infact Adi caracter is seenmore in him..so reincarnatuon Dev ka Nahi Aditya Garewal Ka ho Hai!!>. I think Kancon was highly influnced by the goat parivaar so she decded to reincarnate him instead of Dev.. 😆 😆 😆 ..And ofcourse like others said Dev can be incarnated only as Dev and that too by Apoorva only 😛

So the answer to your question is Shreyas got affected by Adityagarewalobikitosis...this is a new form of goat disease and now they can't just let the guitar go away from the serial...and also Devinder seems more like reborn Aditya..because he is aspiring to be a singer in this janam and also lack guts and boldness and style like Adi. He also looks totally dreamy like Aditya and calm like him. Bas Shreyas forgot just one small thing...which is the specs...otherwise..Devinder is completely Aditya Garewal reborn.😆😛

And the biggest blooper is they keep showing that whenever Devinder is playing that signature tune ,kaajjal gets attracted towards that tune and starts remembering her past life😕...nowq how is that possible??😕..DPS was never into singing and guitar playing😕..only once kajal had taught him how to play the guitar when he played this particular tune😳..but the way they r giving importance to this tune in the new track,it looks like as if DPS was a great guitar player in his previous birth which is not the case at all

Looks like the makers have completely forgotten what dev was. his character and strength is what, i dont believe, anyone can forget, other than the maker ofcourse.
Dev was an arrogant, difficult-to-please, focused, adamant, headstrong, and authoritative person. No matter what the situation was, his authority and control over things never faded. He knew what he was doing and was in complete control of everything, though sometimes things did went out of hands, but Dev knew what he needed to do next. Dev's Character was beautiful. devinder is annoying. He could have been good had they not said this is dev-reincarnated. then we have might seen with with different perspective. But what to say, if they say he is dev-reincarnated, i have to say - What utter nonsense.

U know Kashish in the beginning the makers might hv thought of projecting Devinder as a reserved angry youn guy just like DPS😳..But they later understood that this bacchha can never carry out that intensity and spark needed in dev's character😉😳,and therefore now they hv changed the entire character of Dev and r thus trying to ape Raju's character...

But they r forgetting one thing that Raju was also a version of DPS only😳..and now the new devinder is neither looking like Dev nor Raju😆😕...he was yesterday looking like a small baby who was not hving any control on his own things and was crying helplessly..now we never saw Dev or Raju ever crying so helplessly😕

I haven't seen that scene as yet nor I intend watching the episode. However, after reading the updates and everyone's comments and watching this Devinder for the few times I did watch the episdoes, I have been thinking on the same lines that if this Devinder is Dev Pratap Singh reincarnate, he has to have some, atleast some traits of his ! But this guy seems to lack the basic personality needed for a lead, forget about playing a strong and complex character! Everytime I watch him I find him that cute sa chotta sa baccha who normally plays second fiddle to the Lead ! Whats the point of him being only cute ? Every day you find such cute wannabes everywhere !

So what if Devinder is coming from a small town and poor background, if he was really Dev reincarnate, he would have been holding his head high and roaming around, not standing in the background like a prop. One glance at him and he should have been having that "Don't mess with me " types of looks. Even Kajjal, was from a poor background, yet she was so bubbly and bold that even a character like DPS eventually had to bow down to her ! 😃

I have a feeling Shreyas are springing a surprise on us. I mean this Devinder may not be the actual DPS reincarnate, the actual one is yet to come ! You never know ! As of now, this Devinder doesn't display even an iota of DPS's traits !

And u r right if Katie can hv some qualities of Kaajjal like addressing Ganpati as Gannu Bhaiyya or spreading happiness to everybody around her even though she hails from London then why can't Devinder hv at least some qualities of our DPS??😕...This is a major blooper shown by the makers

I know that no actor can portray this complex character of DPS as flawlessly as Apu😳..but at least the makers could hv tried to project Devinder with some personality of our DPS sinse its a reincarnation story😃

Shanti, I didnt' want to say it but now that you have mentioned it I too have been getting this nagging feeling that this Shantanu sounds more like DPS reincarnate. I haven't seen him at all, yet he sounds a bit like DPS. However, we know that he cannot be because this Devinder is supposed to be DPS reincarnate, though he doesn't display anything about DPS. All that he wants is that he wants to be called Dev just because in his past birth he was Dev ?? Except for that there is nothing about him that one can say haan he is Dev reincarnate !

Shanti and Michelle...if u see naturewise Shantanu does look like DPS reincarnated but lookwise he is🤢🤢...and when it comes to Screen presence,intensity and spark ...Apu always rules the roost😳...But u know I feel this Shantanu can b Adi's son😛
