A body double is using someone else's body i.e., another person altogether in place of the actor who has to enact that particular scene. It does not require the actors face. I mean all body doubles have their backs facing the camera. Well a lot of money can be saved by using body doubles 😉 as they charge less. Also if actors are not available that scene can be easily shot using body doubles.
