After she has done her work she is outside radio city and is walking and says papa aur bua must have come back, ishould go and meet them, when she sees a car in full speed approching a small girl, who seems to be lost..

Kaajjal sees the car fastly approching the little girl, and kaajjal not knowing what to do runs towards the girl, and pushes the girl away just in time, but she herself gets hit, and falls and hits her head very badly ....

Kaajjal runs toward the child yelling, "Bago! Beta, bago!" The girl runs for safety to Kaajjal's relief. Then she sees the vehicle coming straight at her, and then everything is black.

on a stone, and keeps muttering Dev names and is everything goes blank in front of her and she loses conciousness, people runs to her and says let take her to the hospital and on the other side Kaajjal framed photo falls off Dev's desk in his room. The picks upher photo, and then gets worried na dthen tried calling Kaajjal, but she doesn't pick her phone up..

Then on the other side, Karan and Dev, and nandani bhabie are talking when all of a sudden Devv gets a call from someone from radiocity saying Kaajjal had an accident. Dev screamns KYA!!!!!! Kaaajjal!!!!!!! Karan bhiaya and Nandani bhabhe yell what happen?!??!

Dev seems to be shockes and phone is still in his hand.Karan takes the phone froma stunned Dev and aks what happened, the person says Kaajjal maam ka accident hua hai, Karan asks wohh kis hospital mein hai, the person says government hospital Mahim, Karan repeats this and turns toward the direction where Dev is and doesn't find him there.DEv is driving rashly and reaches the hospital and asks for Kaajjal, the person says she is ward 45. Dev hurries down there to see Kaajjal with a oxygen mask and her head bandaged..

Dev screams Kaajjal!!!! Yeh tumne kya kardiya??? Just then a nurse comes in and dev asks how she is, the nurse says i wont lie to you, she is pretty serious. Just pray to god that shes gets better! Dev goes outside and doesnt know what to do, he starts crying. Then everyone else comes in, Karan bhiaya asks how she is, but dev too shocked, and scared just breaks down and starts crying on his brothers shoulders .... 😭

Karan the hugs Dev and says Dev apne aapko samhalo, Kaajjal ko kuch nahi hoga, Karan then goes and asks the doctor, how is Kaajjal. Doctor says ki woh unconcious hai kyunki paatar se bahut zorse se unke mate par laga hai. agar 24 hours mein woh nahi ute tau , hum kuch nahi keh sakte. Dev hears this and storms into the room where Kaajjal is and sits beside her..
