What did Dev say in the end about Dhruv?

Can anyone tell me what exactly Dev says in the end about Dhruv?

This is the scene where Dev actually arrives at Kajal's building in his car, gets out of his car and shuts the phone because Dhruv is ringing him from somewhere after leaving Kaajjal's house ... in between they also show Dhruv very angry with Dev that he did not turn up ...

... but Dev says somwething to himself after switching off the phone. It sounded like "Mein Dhruv ko kabhi maaf nahin karunga" ... what exactly did he say there outside Kaju's house? I could not hear it clearly ...

Dev said tht he was sorry tht he cudn't fullfill duty of a frd but if he had done tht then he wud have never been able 2 4gie himself as tht wud have been unfair with Kaajjal as he knws she loved him.

basically, Dhruv wanted Dev ot go to Kaajjal's house with him ( and Dev didn't had the courage to do that.... I mean like u know seeing his friend taking his life/love away from him) and he didn't pick up the phone as he didn't know what to say and Dhruv would have forced him....
and says to himself that he knows that he didn't fulfill his duty of a freind but, if he would have gfone to Kaajjal's house, he could never forgive himself...
