What if Ishita had twins and is hiding this fact from everyone and the one who commited the murders is the evil twin, who was probably neglected by Ishita. And has been sent by GK to destroy K.Mansion.

I now think, that the evil Raunak is in the same room as Anju, because he's probably threatened the good Raunak, that he will kill Anju if he comes foward to any K.Mansion member and tell them the truth. So in a way he's holding Anju hostage.
