Can it happen that Neelam may stay back?

Does anyone feel Neelam may stay back after the considerate and awakening Bhashan Pankaj gave her tonight?

I think there is a possibility that Neelam might fall in love with Pankaj now and have genuine feelings for him and want to stay back
Another Possibility is that she become Lady Sant Neelam and might feel sympathetic to what has happened to Pankaj and help him reconcile with Jyoti

What do you guys think?

I think Neelam may have gotten an ehsas from this that Gautam doesn't love her, and she may decide to make this work. I hope she finds out that Pankaj is after Jyoti's kid.

One way she could win back Pankaj - and I hope she does this - is to offer to adopt Jyoti's baby. That way, Pankaj will get his kid, and Jyoti is free to join Kabir w/o worrying about her baby. In today's episode, when Dadi remarked that her baby would look like Pankaj, she wasn't remotely happy about it.
