Thanks. Actually, I never said abortion, I said adoption. Jyoti had ruled out abortion the day she found out she was pregnant, so the question was on adoption. Actually, the adoption itself was for Sushma's baby, but since they came up w/ that ridiculous plot of Brij reforming and getting a decent job in Kabir's office, I guess that he and Sushma can probably take proper care of their own baby. Even if Kabir and Jyoti do agree that her kid is his, and gets his family name, I do hope Jyoti has at least 1 kid from him as well, otherwise I don't think it's fair to him: he too deserves a 'pyaar ka nishani' from Jyoti.

I agree w/ what you said - she should not give Gautam the time of day, like she told him when she met him outside near the car the other day. She should have connected w/ a different guy and then cheated w/ him, not Gautam.
But one thing - it wasn't at all clear from yesterday's scene that she was having sex w/ Gautam or smooching him, and the only way one might conclude that is from the statement of the servant. Similarly, the other day, when Neelam met Gautam and Pankaj confronted her, she wasn't @ all wrong in meeting him. She was just wrong in covering it up, although given what she knew was Jyoti's experience, she probably determined that it was a safer bet, and who can blame her? My wife has several friends from b4 marriage, and I never expect that she not see or talk to any of them. But in Pankaj's bizarro world, it seems like looking @ another guy seems grounds for divorce.
I tend to agree w/ you in the Neelam n her Limitz thread - although she shows signs of having shallow people for her friends, she doesn't seem to be a bad person. I do hope that after her divorce, she goes on to find a better guy than either Pankaj or Gautam, and marry him, while Jyoti goes on w/ Kabir. If Neelam gets a guy who cares for her and loves her, she's not likely to behave w/ him the way she does w/ Pankaj. As for Pankaj, he should drop the idea of having wives, and go sleep on Bhairavi's lap - he belongs there!
