Which of these characters will end up reformed?

All of the above are positive characters except bhairavi
Keshavji has nothing to do again because what he wanted he has achieved and padma i think now there is a complete change in her attitude towards jyoti and she is taking care of her although she is not a negative character, every person has grey shades in him/her.
minal the creatives are now a days concentrating more on sharma family, they have not yet shown whether she returned to her sasural or no than showing about her changed nature is a far thing.
Deepu, poonam, pankaj are positive characters the only matter with deepu is he did not like his sister always doing social service and about poonam i would say that she always thinks why this family's tension does not end according to her point of view she is right since from day 1 there is always arguments in the family be it taking the bucket upto the bathroom or cooking halwa.
Pankaj is already a positive character nothing to say about him.
Brij nothing to talk about him because he has already changed.
Neelam's parents they were not bad they were only concerned about their daughter will be happy if she gets married in that family because her name gets spoiled after her marriage gets broken up with uday .
And last but not the least bhairavi if a devil like brij has changed than why it is not possible incase of bhairavi .
So i will go with bhairavi .

I was referring primarily to their attitude towards Jyoti, which has largely been negative. Yeah, Padma is a great MIL for Poonam, Bhairavi is a great mom for Minal, Kesav-ji is a great family friend for Neelam, but that's not what I had in mind.

All the characters had/have animous towards Jyoti, which I'll list below:

1. Padma - Jyoti (and Sudha) will always be her step-daughters: it's beyond her to love them even as neices. Padma thought nothing about taxing Jyoti to the fullest, and the nurse 2 days ago reprimanded her, telling her that it was her attitude that caused this health issue for Jyoti. Also, knowing that Bhairavi was opposed to Sudha having anything to do w/ them, Jyoti did all she could to discourage Sudha from contacting them, but Padma kept calling Sudha, thereby getting her into trouble
   
2. Bhairavi - actually, when her part was enacted by Tuhina, she was quite 'grey', and much of the time, was angry @ Jyoti b'cos she wanted her well being, not b'cos she wanted her expelled. But when she came back after the vacation, she was a completely hateful person, who thought nothing about emotionally blackmailing Uday into marrying Neelam, or destroying Jyoti's marriage b'cos she didn't like her in the family
3. Brij - need we say more? He's already there
   
4. Deepu - since losing his job, he's had an attitude against Jyoti and her relationship w/ Kabir, based not on her feelings, but on what others think. He really could learn to be more like Sushma. Now, he's changed his mind on Brij, but is he going to be accepting of Kabir if Jyoti wants to marry him?
   
5. Poonam - has an attitude about Jyoti which mirrors that of the public. Doesn't seem remotely grateful to Jyoti for putting her together w/ Deepu, sacrificing her room, etc. Instead, chooses to act almost like Padma's chamcha, although, sometimes it's hard to tell whether Poonam is driving Padma's disdain for Jyoti, or Padma is driving Poonam's disdain for Jyoti
   
6. Pankaj - has a love-hate relationship w/ Jyoti to this day, and can't resist being cruel to her. Whether it was appreciation for her gift, giving her an attitude about Kabir, anonymously giving her flowers (how does he expect her to guess that it's him, when he has been so mean to her lately?). So will Pankaj stop hating Jyoti and decide to be just friends, if Jyoti chooses not to return to him?
   
7. Minal - the root cause of Bhairavi's decision to instigate the expulsion of Jyoti. In order to get her daughter back in favor w/ Kesav-ji, instead of finding her a better hubby, she chooses to wreck an existing marriage in her own family. Minal herself has an attitude about both Jyoti & Sudha. Will she at least be civil to Sudha by the end of the serial?
8. Kesav-ji - low-life, who thinks nothing about exploiting his son's sasural for the sake of his friends. It's his idea that Pankaj marry Neelam, or else, there would have been no reason to rush the divorce. For a guy to kick out his bahu unless her family destroys an existing marriage in their family to accomodate his friend's daughter is something that rivals Brij's pimping of Sushma. Had I been in CM's place, I'd have recalled Minal for good, and looked for a new hubby for her.
   
9. Neelam's parents - they knew that their daughter was in love w/ Gautam, and yet, they emotionally blackmailed her into marrying Pankaj just so that they could get their hands on their money. Again, not that much different from Brij - sacrificing their daughter's happiness & future for the sake of their own prosperity, and wanting to destroy Jyoti's marriage in the process
   

So select everyone who you think will repent their past actions. So far, it seems to be Brij, Deepu, Padma - check. Yet to see on the others
