ok the divorce is done.... pankaj can get married to neelam....but don't vasisht and neelam family understand a big problem....even if jyoti says that she does not want pankaj to claim the child that does not mean that the child will not or cannot have a claim in vasisht family property. it is legally possible for the child to claim for his/her share in property. all the kid needs is a paternity test..... i don't see neelam and vasisht family willing to do this.... i mean giving few crores is a different thing and a chunk of property is different. it is strange that their lawyer also does not say anything....
