At home, Poonam convinces Sandeep to take her shopping after he apologizes for screaming at her. When the issue of money comes up, she tells him that her parents gave her a lot of money at the wedding so she will spend that. Meanwhile Jyoti is confronted by Padma who asks why she can't just sign these papers and that her refusing will affect Sudha. KK stands up for Jyoti and her decision to side with the truth, but is just retorted back to by Padma. Poonam-Sandeep walk in on this discussion and are glared at awkwardly by all. In their room, when Sandeep seems disturbed Poonam tells him she knows its because of Jyoti that he's angry at her. He tells her that its not that, and that he just feels that he should be spending for his wife.
In Vashisht house, Neelam's parents come to talk to CM. She tells them that she cant give them an exact date for marriage since Pankaj's divorce has to become final, which she guarantees will happen today after Jyoti signs the final papers.
Sudha is talking to Uday, who has just arrived home and watches her as he sneaks towards the room. She tells him if he can come home early today, and he lies that he will not come home till later and that he doesn't know if he can take tomorrow off either. She tells him that she wants to meet Jyoti for Holi celebrations and is walked in on by CM. She curtly reminds Sudha that Jyoti's relation with this house is broken and she should remember that always. Uday comes there and refutes CM for talking to Sudha like that. The servant comes there and tells CM that Pankaj wants to talk to her. She goes to talk to him and he tells her that Jyoti refused to sign. She asks if he offered money and he just tells her that Jyoti's refused to sign since she doesn't want to lie in court. He tells her to tell Neelam's parents that this wedding cannot happen. End.
