a man from the office calls cm and tells her dt a worker has met with an accident in the factory and union members r protesting against it..cm says she will handle the situation but he says uday is famous among the workers so why not take his help..cm denies and says she can handle it on her own..pankaj's dad tells bhairavi dt he will also come there..


cm goes to the office enqiures if everything is fine...she finds the situation under control so she asks the man who informed her abt the accident dt why were u so worried when everything is going fine..the man says uday has handled everything and cm is shocked dt how uday got to know this..the man tells her dt uday came there for the last time as he is leaving the city and he gave his power of attorney to pankaj..cm and pankaj's dad r shocked to know dis..pankaj's dad remembers the incident when he made uday the chairman of the company..


cm is sad dt how uday gave everything for the company and now he has left it all...she is upset as uday is leaving udaipur..meenal consoles her and tells cm dt even now dey can bring uday back..she tells cm dt cm should just manage to bring uday back and sudha and jyoti can be handled later on..
cm goes to jyoti's room and tells her dt uday is leaving the city and he has broken all the relations from his family....cm request jyoti to bring uday back..she says she accepts her loss and is ready to have sudha back with uday too....cm begs jyoti to bring uday back ..


uday tells sudha to pack the bags as he got reservations at the last min and he doesnt want to miss the train..kk asks uday if he will fine wid travelling in train..uday says he will manage..jyoti comes there and tells uday dt dt he is leaving his mom for a girl who he knows for just 3 months ..she asks uday if uday will be happy leaving his family and everyone...uday says dt why cm dint come there if she loved him so much...jyoti says cm would have done tht too..jyoti tells uday dt how cm begged her to bring uday back...jyoti says so wht if cm dint accept sudha and she has every right to show her anger..she also tells uday tht they should try to win cm's heart rather dan going away..kk echoes the same..


padma does some shagun and they complete the bidai ceremony...sudha takes everyone's blessing..padma advices uday not to to hurt his mom ever...sudha goes to sushma and dey share an emotional moment..sushma tells sudha dt uday is a nice human being and she knows dt sudha will win everyone's heart...sudha tells sushma to take care of padma ,kk ,dadi and deepu..sudha uday along with jyoti leaves sharma house..

they reach the vasisth house and uday takes blessing from cm ..sudha does the same but cm ignores her goes one feet back...sudha and jyoti r shocked..
