Written Update 15 October

Starts with Sudha and deepu bringing gifts for everyone for Diwali,Jyoti 's father asks how did they get the money to bring such expensive gifts to which Sudha and Deepu reply that they they got Diwali bonus as well as they took some advance from office.Moti and khadoos Padma as usual asks whether they brought anything for sushma to which they show her the sari for Sushma and shirt material for Brij.Moti Padma becomes happy.

Here at Jyoti ' s house they show getting them ready for the Diwali pooja .Outside the house the watchmen do not allow choti maa to enter to which she asks why is she not being allowed to enter the house ,the watchmen say on Jyoti madam 's orders and tell her all about the chori incident.

Choti maa enters the house and scolds Jyoti regarding the whole chori incident and blames that she was indirectly responsible for the entire incident as she did not reach home on time and was busy serving her maykawalas, and phones Jyoti 's father taunts him regarding J yoti ' s behaviour.Choti maa refuses to listen to Pankaj and leaves angrily. Jyoti goes and apologises to her as she could not fulfill the responsiblities given to herand gives the keys of the house to Choti maa who says that she cannot escape the blame by handing over keys

.Pankaj comes and tells Choti ma that Jyoti had taken immense care of his parents and even if she would have been there she would not have been able to avoid it and he feels grateful to God that his parents are safe.Choti maa says we will celebrate diwali as we have celebrated in the past and will not let the incident to spoil it.Everyone do the pooja for Diwali .Next day,jyoti,pankaj and his father reach at Jyoti 's house and apologise to Jyoti 's father for choti maa ' behaviour to which jyoti 's

father says he did not mind it .Padma replies that choti maa was right and episode ends on Jyoti ' sad face.

Thnanks for the lovely update...

Jyoti needs to stop worring about her parents....and focus on her marriage....

Why is she always running to help her maayka...when her step mom leaves no stone unturned to hurt her...

Thanks for the update cutyv!

Jyoti is making a big mistake by focusing on her maayka. It's not her responsibility anymore. She should focus more on her husband and sasural.

thanks, i am gettting fed up of this, the creatives need to change the story, sameee old thing again and again, why does she even want to help her mayka, who is there for her, they are all evil people, no one gives a damn about her...

Okay, genius (Padma)! Let's examine the event that caused Jyoti to be away in this case. It was Ronnie Pande stalking Sudha. And who was it who brought it to Jyoti's attention? Uday! So in a way, this could be said to be a Vashith family event, even though it involved Sudha, since Jyoti was not just helping her own sister but her devar's girlfriend - had Uday gone to her for help for Devika (in the pre-exposure era, not that Devika would have needed it), Jyoti would have been just as supportive.

Also, note that Sudha had complained about the threatening call to KK a (few) day(s) earlier, and nobody did squat. That's why it escalated to the acid spill in the library, and had to involve Jyoti being at the police station. By speaking out against Jyoti and Sudha, Padma just showed Mahendranath and Pankaj that Bhairavi wasn't the only embarassment in both families, and that the Sharmas too had a far worse Bhairavi than Bhairavi herself.

Also, why does Sudha bother remembering either Sushma or Brij? And why does she refer to him as Brij-ji - Brij is her junior, being married to her younger sister: Jyoti never refers to that scum as Brij-ji. Why couldn't Sandeep be the one to shop for those 2?
