No, and certainly not in the context of being allowed into the Vashisth parivar, which would be if she was given the job Longshree seems to be testing her for. There is also the complication that nobody in that family knows that the Sharmas have a daughter named Sushma.

But Sushma should be used by Jyoti in another way. Right now, Jyoti is under tremendous stress due to Pankaj's situation, and CM is going to be back tonight. So Jyoti should tell both her parents-in-law & cm that she needs support from 2 other bahus, and ask them to support her in asking both Uday and Pratik to get married. Since Uday's choice would be Sudha, that would mean Jyoti having to pull Sudha out of that house, but since Sudha has just started contributing to the family finances, she may be reluctant to marry, even given an offer. Since Sudha has until now been supporting KK w/ his health and nursing and all that, Jyoti should ask KK to accept such a service from Sushma once she returns, so that Sudha can be released. Of course, another boost in the family income, like a promotion for Deepu would help, so that Sudha's salary would no longer be essential for the family expenses. Even if it is, Jyoti and Sudha should discuss w/ Pankaj and Uday how to do that, so that Sudha doesn't make the same mistakes that Jyoti has been making uptil now.

So Jyoti should only pave the way for Sushma's return to Padma/KK, and take Sudha into her own sasural. But beyond that, don't maintain any ties w/ Sushma or Padma going forward.
