I felt bad for sushma

i know she is rude, mean, evil etc etc ......

but we keep forgetting that she is just 18. i remember when i was 18 - i was stubborn, just wanted everything my way, fought with everyone who didn't agree with me, thought everything was a matter of life and death and was horribly over-sensitive.

she is just a kid who has landed up with a man who is a master manipulator (remember he fooled jyoti for years) .... all the girlish dreams we have of happily ever after have turned into a nightmare .... she was the baby of the house before and so protected .... now all she sees is hostility and problems ....

and like every teenager she blames someone else for her own created problems....

....i find her untolerably rude and want to smack her every time she opens her mouth but i can't help feeling sorry for her ..... i don't think she is evil, she is just neck deep in things that are beyond her depth

yah u r rite..but u knoe what i feel is dat wherevr she stands 2day is bcoz of her own fault..had she not been so foolish on trustin brij n neglectin her sister jyoti..she wuld hve been happy..i agree dt brij is a complete mastermind but at d same tym one shuld use his or her own brain n nt do wt others say..i guess marryin brij was sushmaz biggest fault n nw she has 2 manage wid it anyhow !! so letz just hope for d best..

i agree she is young and immature, if brij can fool jyoti, he can easily fool a 18 year child...i just want her to grow up so she can snap out of this.

but the one thing to remember is that he fooled jyoti into loving him, but not into sleeping with him or running away with him - she refused him when he wanted to sleep with him.

Jyoti was clear and stuck to her principles, but Sushma was willing to do anything to win her man even after knowing that her sister was in love with him.

She is getting what she deserves now ...

I actually am disgusted at the possibility not of Sushma being 'widowed' or more accurately, annulled, but rather, even the idea of KK selling the house in order to cure Brij's fake ailment. A more heinous twist to the story can hardly be imagined.

I do hope that Padma and Deepu, along w/ Sushma are exposed to the fact that Brij is pimping Sushma, so that she has the courage to walk out of that marriage and they take her home for good and ground her. I know KK might object, but a good condition for him to take her back is that she apologize to Jyoti in a grovelling manner, and be accepted in the house, but excluded from family functions, such as Sudha's wedding, Diwali, etc.

i know she is going thru a lot in life esp wen she had to sleep wid tht jerk to get money for her "husband's health"..bt she invited the trouble..and inspite of all ths she STILL manages to dump everything on jyotis head..she is young and immature bt leaving your family for sum chap u hardly know is nt immaturity,its plain stupid and selfish..and its nt tht she has had no chance of realising what kind of person brij is..she refuses to see it..i might hav sympathised wid her if nt for her selfishness..

Previously, I didn't share the sentiments of posters who wanted Sushma dead. Now I do. After the previous episodes, where she throws Jyoti's money back in her face, and while talking to Deepu, asks whether Jyoti was around, I have zero residual sympathy for her.

She's about to come under Thakars control again. This time, I don't want her to come out of it. Since he is a thug, what could well happen is that to cover up his tracks, once he's used her, he just offs her. Once that happens and she is known to be dead, it will then be Brij who will be responsible for explaining that. Only thing - Jyoti & Deepu will be in trouble for hiding that from Padma, KK and Dadi. I'm not thinking about what might happen in the Vashisth household.

Granted, there are no good scenarios, but I've had it upto here w/ Sushma, Brij and even Padma (her late improvement notwithstanding). I want the creatives to kill them off, and focus the remaining story on Uday/Sudha and Deepu/Panchi. Push back Jyoti's kicking out, if it has to be there at all.

I agree with everyone here, that Sushma is young, and if Jyoti, a sensible young woman, can be tricked by Brij, then Sushma, a child, can too

But honestly, I'm 19, just older than Sushma, and I have enough sense to not just jump into bed with someone after just meeting, and believing them if they told me ridiculous things about my siblings, who've loved me all my life.

I do sometimes feel bad for Sushma when Brij mistreats her, shouts at her, or hits her, but I agree with above, she brought this on herself

If she weren't so hard headed and so fast to judge everyone, this woulden't be happening.

She probably had 4 conversations with Brij before she threw caution in the wind, and slept with him (without protection, which is pushed down high school and college kids' throat every day)

Then, Jyoti, sho she has seen make sacrifices for everyone else's needs, suddenly becomes bad. Why? Because Brij said so

Now if she's so stuck on Brij and everything he says. If she's stil manages to be tricked by him, the I honestly don't feel sorry for her at all. She deserves someone like Brij for her stupidity

Lets hope when she gets out of this, she's slightly smarter
