yeah they never showed her in school...all i have seen her do is cook, go to the store and work around the house 😕 hmm maybe she is still upset over the thing that happened when she was little..the whole school issue

Also, here is what I think might happen - Jyoti marries Sachin unbeknownst to her family (not unreasonable, given what her 'Ma' did to her kundali & rishtas), and then comes home w/ Sachin and says it's sasural time for me - shocking everyone, including Sudha. I think that will be the occasion that Sudha next becomes Devika. What would be interesting is whether Sudha becomes Devika in front of everyone and then takes it out on Padma, Dadi and Deepu before storming out and going to Uday, and maybe using the occasion to follow big sis' lead.

The other thing I've noticed about Sudhi is that while she is Sudhi, she only speaks in Hindi, aside from 'sorry' and 'thank you', but when she is Devika, she predominantly seems to prefer English. In fact, that's what shocked Jyoti the first time she asked her 'What's your problem' before translating it, as though this stranger next to her didn't know English😆

Incidentally, I didn't follow the story of what happened when she was in school in dadi's village. What exactly was it?

i like this idea..hope this happens...but she shouldn't take it out on deepu...he has become good now...he cares about sudha...he respects her..well that's what i think...but i like your idea...after she becomes devika in front of everyone...jyoti might take some help from kalpana

The other thing about Devika was her muscles - the way she could scale the walls of the house. It takes really strong forearms to do that, and I couldn't do it before I actually started exercising - in my 20s. I wonder whether housework like Sudha does would make her that strong in the forearms??

when she is devika she is strong and has guts 😆...the thing that happened when she was small is that they were having a test and a girl was cheating..when she was caught she threw the chit on sudha and the teacher thought that sudha was cheating..she made her stand in front of the class and searched her for cheating papers..while the students were laughing and making fun of her..the teacher called her dadi and dadi came...sudha was saying she didn't do anything but the teacher and dadi humiliated her in front of the whole school...all the kids were laughing at her

Oh, I didnt know about all that happening to Sudha.

But yesterday's epi was a treat.....I specially liked the way she just held Sushma's upper arm and threw her out of the room.......that was just fantastic. WTG Jyoti!!! I'm just waiting for Sushma to get it from Brij and to realize what he is actually all about.

Brij is going to give it to her because she stopped dancing - but Brij has to understand that the audience loves Jyoti and came to see her only!

😊 great episode , i wished momsy dear "padma" shud hv been sneaked out to see her real daughter's pathetic halet n how disgracefully she was treated by audience . i kinda missed her presence in show , 😆, sneha wagh is very very graceful dancer n totally at ease with classical form .

padma shud hv added more glory to be present to see her real "sagi" daughter shredded by audience n it would hv added more spice to see her darling jawai raja so furious at her daughter n situation.

😆 hahaame too turning bit sadistic like story wala.

I thought that Jyoti snubbing both Sushma & Brij today was perfectly appropriate. I also liked Baghli paying them Rs 5.xx for their services. 😈

Yep, I too wish Padma was there to witness the spectacle - maybe she could have come between Sushma and the bottles. 😈

What losers both Sushma & Brij were!!! One would have thunk that after the way they treated Jyoti, seeing her in the audience would do nothing to faze them. One would have thunk wrong.
