His words, his touch were acting like a balm on Meera's bruised body and heart.

She just wanted to be wrapped in the cocoon of Prithvi's arms and his warmth which made her feel safe, protected and treasured.

Meera didnt even remember for how long she was in Prithvi's arms, by the time he had cleaned the wound, applied haldi and wrapped the cloth around her feet she was fast asleep.

HOW SWEET AND TOUCHING

Prithvi picked her up, took her inside and put her on the bed , covered her with sheet and went to find some place where he could gather all his scattered thoughts and rebuild the broken fences around his heart which now seemed ruined for eternity.
