Prithvi knows that Sudha was killed , he correctly decoded the obvious clues(not like Meera who on a whim found at every thing correctly, I say she should join special forces ) which were

there was no light in the house
mobile was on silent(let's not discuss how he knows, no energy left to beat the bush again)
he found the broken wires on stairs and deduced that Sudha defo must have fallen.

and the most obvious one , he knows Akash is the one who was the only one who stayed in the house then why can't he pull up his socks up and make out that it has to be Akash.At least if he does not reach concrete conclusion he could start doubting Akash, he is the obvious suspect

Also now he knows

Akash is the one who gave the MS idea to Meera
Akash was the one who brought the original MS and gave to Meera(Now why would any one who gave the idea will bring the old one)

Come on Prithvi , your wifey has become super sleuth and giving hard time to all the combined detective force of our country.

What is stopping him?

Like Meera he too is looking for the clue that would clinch the case. Meera ke liye that was the photoshopped pic along with the news that Aakash was not at office. Prithvi ke paas yeh dono clues nahin hain. He has the evidence that says this was murder but the clue to pin point murderer nahin hai. For that all he has is circumstantial evidence. And Prithvi isi circumstantial evidence se shaayad apna case build karega and will suspect Aakash. And since he may not have concrete evidence I am expecting Dharti Putra to do whatever needs to be done to make Aakash blurt out his deeds before all.

naah, I dont think Akash will blurt out things , Prithvi knows Akash was the only one who stayed back , Akash should be his primary suspect.

I think Aakash already is his primary suspect. And I also think Prithvi this time will trap him instead of being rash and hot headed. Aaj ka epi kya lekar aata hai dekhte hain. Today shd have something interesting!

there will be more bak-bak of Akash in front of miu. He will tell her eveything. At the same time, prithvi would be standing by the door, outside, listening everything. After knowing the truth, he will bang open the door, with the sharp knife in his hand pointing towards akash. 😆 😆
