I think he hated him earlier for the reason that she's so strong willed n determined , now he'll fall for the same qualities ? Cool ! 😳

Yes it is usually those thing in the beginning that we hate that makes us love those qualities later. Even if we dislike it in the beginning it still made us notice that person. Those qualities are so distinct that it made Prithvi not notice her but also made him think about her.
