confusion

As we know meera and prithvi got engaged in childhood and meera's marriage has been fixed with akash so without getting engage how could they fix marriage so I was thinking if Meera is engaged to akash as well i mean both?

Quite confusing however, since everyone believes that Meera and her mom died then of course that engagement died with them. Also, Meera has no knowledge that, that every happened and both she and her mother are considered dead to everyone in that village so I can only assume they believe that, that engagement is null and void. Also I believe there is an article out that stated that the reason Sudha left from there was because she was against the engagement so who knows where Mithvi's engagement stands... As far as Meera and her mom are concerned she is engaged to Aaskash and as far as everyone else is concerned there is no Mithvi engagement since they all consider Meera to be dead. But i'm sure when everyone finds out/believes that they are both alive and kicking then perhaps they will bring this issue to the forefront.

But of course we all know that the two of them will end up together (Mithvi).
