What a chapter... what a brilliant ending of this duel...Simply beautiful... just like beautiful silence.
Gosh... what a thrilling, entertaining experience.
God... can't believe duel is over and our leads suffering are over.
Khalil... he always play dirty... since the beginning his every action started and ended with his dirty thinking.
At a same time he is no fool... smart enough to change game but he forgot Ustaad is his mentor...not him .
He tried everything to protect himself but now his own karma come to bite him.
Just the way he killed Durga and many innocents ... in the end he also had to begged to end him and his suffering rather to torture him... feeling helpless infront of Ustaad...everything is just worth it... he deserve it.
But he played well... I must say... he tried his level best and used his every skill ... we just couldn't forget he was also best soldier for shehzaade.
Ya Khuda! How did he do that?' Azeez's jaw dropped. And stayed dropped.
Till he felt Zayaan tug at his sleeve 'I REALLY need to learn how to catch like that!'
'Oh you devil of a mate, Akbar!' Ibrahim wiped his face on a sleeve 'You had my wretched heart beating in my hands there!'
Zayaan sounds so adorable here...just like little child !
I really enjoyed Khan sahib's men little little scenes inbetween the duel.
Duel was fantastic... brilliantly presented in front of us... yup Khan sahib's hurt but now his own sahiba is there to heal him slowly physically and mentally.
Heera... my my... it's so good to see her happy after so long... just like her we also couldn't believe they all are free from all the trouble.
Beautifully expressed her feelings...so natural.
How fastly she decode Ammijaan involvement in their freedom.
Ofcourse after all she knows her better than anyone there.
'But there is no one else like HIM!' Heera quietly bit her lips into a peachy pink.
I just love this above line... proud wife of Ustaad.
Omg... shehensha has come...finally.
All this because of blue veiled lady.
Many guessed it before...she is Khan sahib's Ammijaan...
Yup we are never going to forgive her for what she did to Khan sahib... forbidden him in his most weakest time ... one of the most terrible and painful past of Khan sahib .
Ofcourse we never read her POV...but that never justify her act ... but after reading her I can say she do love her son...like Khan sahib said before too.
Young and beautiful women she was... immediately lost her husband... just couldn't able to bear society cruel remarks ... most important she lost every hope and faith ... hope that her son fight back and win over his disease... her biggest mistake in her life... ... she never forget that till now.
she did something unbelievable... how could any mother abandoned her own child in any situation...
Mother means representative of Lord...selfless ...then how come Lord left their child.
Note
No no... I am not trying to justify her... just trying to see things from her side.
Don't forget... humans are made up of mistake...but some mistake are never forgotten.
But we can't forget... life's of women in that era... we just couldn't imagine their pain and suffering...especially widow bear whole life.
Big lesson we learned from her... whatever happens... however terrible situation...but we couldn't lose our hope and faith... Lord never stop to do miracles na... if only she has faith on her child ... if only.
Shehzaade... I couldn't help it to say it again... what have you done because of your big ego ?
Despite knowing too well... you lost diamond ... how can you ignore your own conscious feelings again and again?
You know it ... you were wrong... you are wrong... you did big mistake then how can you blame anyone for your own deeds?
If only you trust your own inner feeling...
But it's your lost not your former Ustaad...
'There is no materialistic pleasure in this world that could tempt me to betray my master...'
This line is so powerful... it's describes true Ustaad ... what he is and what his priorities!
Much needed flashback... much needed reality for shehzaade... to what extent Ustaad went for him time and again .
Flashback is so realistic ... picture going on in front of readers...
If Mahendra suffered from mental torture than he is no different...
He is also don't want Khan sahib's lose the duel... cheering for him... asking him to fight back... May be he was just enjoying game or may be he just wanted to see Khalil end or may be he was enjoying Ustaad's victory .
Can we ever understand him ?
At last we able to see shehensha himself present in the story physically... My my i must say he is impressive so different from his own son... his answers are too good ... like an arrows... and his advisor...one big clap for him.
He is truly a best royal advisor of mughal...I Just loved his reply to shehzaade... how bravely he answered him...powerful advise and best for shehzaade that time.
Amazing description of old shehensha... through your writing we got to know about his ill health and his own feeling...how he feel like prisoner than patients.
If old shehensha himself suffered so much in that era so we could imagine what common people went through...especially women.
Very genuine reaction of shehzaade in the end... angry ... feeling forced to change his own decision...like he said moment of weakness of his life which he never going to face again.
Last and most beautiful scene...
Like a dove that'd flown miles to finally come home, she nestled in his embrace, tightly, snugly. Weary she'd become, of flying relentlessly against gales; tired of braving it all alone, out there.
Finally reunion of soulmate ... they are in their heaven...in each other arms... now they doesn't need anything.
Both are just needed each other safety...nothing else... finally they are in peace.
I love to know what Khan sahib's reaction when he got to know his Ammijaan involvement in his freedom...like Heera said...May be some other time.
Akbar caressed her face with the back of a knuckle, so the battle-calluses on his palms wouldn't chafe her skin. 'What is important... is that you're safe... my men are safe... our folks are safe... their homes, lands, your Haveli - it's all safe... and I am alive to see it all happen... I really have no regrets, Heera!'
Many times I mentioned... lucky heera isn't she.
Man... who forgot his own pain and suffering infront of her safety... he could go against her ...if that's best for her.
Look heera your man bring back your parnagrah and your home at a same time found his own also.
After all she is his home...sweet home.
I am so happy...they are free from all the trouble.
Edits... Amazing work, di !

Sad to know... Bindiya is never going to come back to parnagrah...we lost her in this freedom battle.
