It was a quiet birthday, at home, James😊... but she enjoyed it- got all the stuff she liked... we celebrate with cousins coming Saturday... thanks for asking, James.

Wait a second it is 4:45 am in Australia. You are up now?😲

Rekha it is cold here (was about to say brutally but it would be unfair to complain about -5 when y'all are suffering from -20s & -30s! Keep warm. Drink water (we forget to do this during winter) and plenty of moisturiser. Then, lots of dreamy scenes in front of the fireplace with Selvi's pictures in mind... and we'd be good to get through this harsh spell! 🤗

This question has been asked a few times, but I am unable to answer this... seeing how we are reaching the end... I'll get a better idea as I finish writing this one...

As I see it - it's still 1 chapter + 1 epilogue 🤔

yaa couldn't sleep last night
and still I am not getting any sleep Lashy sis 😒
reason unknown to me even now 🤔
glad to know she enjoyed her day allot 😳
and got best gifts which pleased her to no extend😳

Screen and light generally does not help sleep - it actually stops melatonin (the sleep hormone) production. Which is why humans are active during sunlight and sleep well when its dark.

Why, this is literally the first line I got off Google.

The light from our devices is "short-wavelength-enriched, meaning it has a higher concentration ofblue light than natural lightand blue light affects levels of the sleep-inducing hormone melatoninmore than any other wavelength.

so, please switch off your device, and listen to soft music on a loop. It will help. This would make it worse! And you might get headaches too... 🤗 don't do that to yourself...

He was close enough to gaze at her, to gaze into her eyes, and to fall in love with them irrevocably.
But all this while, she had no idea that Akbar Mahmoud Khan was actually the Ustaad spying on her. It's a poetic way of saying, 'her eyes' didn't truly know who he was yet!

and what Harm there will be if I say yes I was 😉
No harm whatsoever till the Ustaad finds out! 😆

That's not the reason Lashy sis I don't use gadgets
much I am more into physical activities then on gadgets
going on for bike race dance or Water play swimming football
and other things but from the time i am here in Aussie
sleep seems to be far away from my eyes 😆

Anyway don't think I took wrong time to be here always 😉
