Grandma..Today..

Problems from head to toe...

Felt giddy for a while when woke up..

Watery eyes due to cold

Runny nose,

Sore throat,

Persistent cough

Chest congestion

Sound Box out of order..Can't speak. Only air comes out!😆 ( kaaththuthaan varudhu)

Pain in the shoulders and back of the neck..

Heart Burn due to hyper acidity..

Arthritis pain in the knee joints..

Cramps in the calf muscles and toes. ( A periodical visitor. But came and went soon)

Luckily no migraine attack today..
