Good Evening & Good Morning to all ! 🤗

Wishing you all a happy Hump day !!!

Have had a long day having to take care of a family matter & only sat down to read the update a short while ago. However much I had prepared myself to bear the impending bad news it seems like we have received worst news for the leads.

I need to go back and read C48 while I'm wide awake and share my thoughts then. I'll read up on all the posts after that. So I'll bid my Good Night for now. 🥱

Lashy 🤗 Just saw you signed in. You have indeed given a somber mood while closing Part 3 of HBAS. It's hard to feel Optimistic knowing all that waits for our dear AKeera. A trying time for them & us and how well you are leading us towards hopelessness still making us all grasp hope with a flicker that somehow this time around AKeera being a team they will struggle together to overcome their awaiting perils. 👍🏼

Chapter 48.

The Shehzaade..

'Well... the information I received... is that Akbar not only KNOWS about all of this... but that he seized every single scroll... had them burnt... bribed the common messengers... imprisoned her personal messengers in a safe-house at Aidabad... basically, buried everything underground, so nothing would come out in the open...'

'THIS scroll is not the original... but the man who brought it to me claims that its contents are! Dictated by a dying man on his deathbed, no less!' his head shook slowly 'So, I'm not sure...'

'WHAT?' His chapped fists rolled up into a ball again 'That slimy rascal! Gets information from me... and then goes behind my back... to carry out his own vendetta! DAMN!' Down his fist came upon the rosewood table, unable to hold back any longer. BAAANG!

Were these really your feelings as you read the chapter, Periyamma? Your pictures here left me dumbstruck!

I think when I write the chapter, I am doing so amidst daily chaos, plenty of other distractions and this time double the stress of having to finish in time because I leave tomorrow... so, three readings of the chapter from the eye of a writer/critic (grammar, wording and syntax) did not leave me as shell-shocked and awed as this simple analogy you have put across here. (By simple I mean uncluttered & uncomplicated, but not simple in its effectiveness to portray the point)

To see a pair of loving doves hovering about their lives and then to see the Eagles, the Vultures and the Hawks all swirling over them... shaking their nest... and waiting for the stronger one to have to fly away to protect the coop so they can swoop in on the kill...

It made for a very chilling portrayal.. I don't know... it hit me hard... more than the chapter

it helped me relate to the feelings that Lana Cookie Bindup Lavanya Aparna Vathsy and Chellam have been referring to
