Okay a tremendously funny anecdote!!In our training today the topic was dealing with Mental Disturbance or Traumatic Experience. They asked us how do we deal with mental stress and they asked us to tell the person next to us about it. So I turned to this lady and told her 'I listen to music or do some deep breathing to get de-stressed'! Imagine what that lady in a very matter of fact tone in a casual manner told me? "I drink some tequila shots and if that doesn't do anything I go for some resting'! Her actual words were very blunt and straightforward which I can't write here but the meaning was that. I went from 😳 to 🤣!! After that training was a vague memory. 🤣
