Adding my bit to the mix-:-

I think Heera must have gone horse riding probably out of boredom since Khan Sahib was busy with business. She must have intended it to be a short practice/ride but something went awry. She fell / thrown off the horse , hit her head and became unconscious.😭

Hence missing horse and missing Harka!😳
