Kuki begum, where are you? Have not seen you from the morning. Are you still spinning or has Azeez helped you out of that in his own way?? 😉🤣 What?? Why are you making that face? What did you think I said? 😆 I meant just like his Ustaad knew how to stop Heera's choking and coughing by blowing on her face twice I thought Azeez too did something like that to stop you from spinning!! 😆 Tu bhi na, kya kya sochti hai!! 🤣

A Critical Study of the Chapter 37/ HBAS, -I

Karkuzhali imagines how the Chapter 37 will be (Re)viewed by the persons in the following walk of life...

Ms. Karkuzhali, the Chef Master.

"..The cuisine presented to the connoisseurs is excellent, and suited to the occasion...I have been given the privilege of tasting the various dishes and wah re wah! What to say..

The entree by itself proved how the feast is going to be..A combination of all tastes put together.. And the actual lunch items have all the qualities of a best cuisine. The two hour journey at the start may look like a bland soup, , but if we taste the thoughts running in the minds of the pair, like the ghee-fried croutons in the soup, we completely relish the item..

Then comes our curiosity.. What is going to be the main course? Will it be Saivam ( vegetarian) or asaivam ( non vegetarian) ? Because when the lunch invites were sent a few days ago, the invitees had already started to sharpen their taste buds.. Now let us have a glance at the main dishes.. OMG! The Biriyani!.. Prepared with utmost care and precision as a Civil Engineer would plan the construction of a canal through the rocky plains!When asked about the number of persons involved in the making, I couldn't believe that the whole concept is planned by a single person with a little girl whom he just kept by his side for small help ! Great!

And then the next item the Bisi bele Bath.. When I asked the cook why another dish similar to the main one is also made, he replied that it is for those who cannot relish garlic and masala items in the Biriyani.. He said that even though the beautiful scenic surroundings we enjoy outdoors, the pictures and paintings come in handy for those handicapped with their eye-sight! What a beautiful simile..like the pappad!

There are other little items like chips, pickles , etc.to add taste to the feast., like the conversation about each others hobby and what not between the newly married couple..

And I will be failing in my duty if I do not make a mention about the dessert! So much quantity..I have never tasted such a delicious thing in my life! As is the custom. the dessert comes last of the whole course.. And what a treat to the taste-buds! Its like the romantic scenes in a novel with the surprising moments..When I asked the Chef about the recipes of the these items , he said that it is his own recipe and he made it with so much care and saw to it that it should have the correct sweetness , so as to be catered even to those who have health issues.. So true! I can guarantee that at the end of the day, the memories of the various sweets that comprised the dessert will stay with the connoisseurs of HBAS!

A Critical Study of the Chapter 37/ HBAS- II

" Hi dear friends,

I've been given a unique opportunity to do a chemical analysis of the Chapter 37 of the HBAS, which I accept with pleasure..

First of all, I am in a dilemma whether I 'd do a quantitative or a qualitative analysis.. By virtue of its quantity I can say that it doesn't exceed the optimum limit of the prescribed no. of words, as the author claims . All the ingredients in the chapter are mixed in correct proportions and blend together excellently giving a very fine product. I presume the author had used micro measurements to add the ingredients.. She has taken a sizeable quantity of the preliminary preparation for the journey , like Heera's failed attempts to mount on the horse, and the two hours tedious journey to reach the valley without any verbal communications between them.

Then the author suddenly adds a catalyst hastening the reaction by making Akbarkhan describe explicitly his plan to construct a dam.. A momentum starts from there which eventually leads to the reduction process between the lead pair..

The most interesting thing I notice is this reduction happens after the oxidation procedure is successfully completed!😉

As regards the qualitative aspect, the end product is absolutely superb..a very unexpected one..

The chemistry works out very beautifully between them - kudos to the Author who has mixed the ingredients in very accurate measurements- like the following equation..

2 HCl +2 Na= 2 NaCl + H2

which says Hydrochloric acid plus sodium produces common salt and hydrogen gas!

Aunty, first of all, you are an extremely pretty scientist!! 😃 Secondly, what are you going to do with the Sodium Chloride? Put it in the biriyani and bisi bele bhaath? 😃 As they say, nothing can bring the taste unless salt is added, likewise, our author Sahiba added the ingredients in right proportion to carry out her experiment successfully!! A right amount of salt has been added to her concoction to bring the perfect effect and taste! 😃

Selvi why so quiet nowadays? Only quietly liking the posts? Where is your review? Only saw the ECG report but want to know about the ripple effect on you as it had on me!! 😃

I am just surviving, Kuki it seems is still spinning, Adwi is still laughing away, Lavanya is still under the effect of amalgamation of several instruments played together, Aunty is experimenting away in her kitchen and chemistry lab, Lashy is basking in the glory of her magic...what are you doing?? 😆
