1.Again, you started a chapter with a different and unexpected scene. Ofcourse, I liked it that how cunningly heera made that worker agree to use good wood for Mansabdar's cabinet without looking haughty but I loved it that she did this for "HIM. Whatever might be the reason but I believe somewhere she couldn't take it as it was unfair to her "Sahib and not only to kind mansabdar of Parnagarh.

So far as of now... as far as I see it, she's being primarily civil to him (yes, she's attracted to him)

But if you feel that she has done this because he's AMK and not just because he's Mansabdar... then, so be it da!

2.I was reading this chapter impassively until I read this line, 'Begum Sahiba...' he stood up, to take a casual stroll by his chair 'why are you standing there... please come in... join us...' his head tilted towards the chair beside him 'take a seat here...'

A big smile curved my lips and I shifted in my place slightly just to read this line again. She was thinking that they had no manners to greet a lady but her man knows how to make his girl feel like a lady. A true gentleman he is! And what I liked is, she didn't hide that faint smile.

Awww really😳? As I wrote this elsewhere -

If SHE cannot take him being disrespected (for whatever reasons she has in her mind/heart) imagine how much more HE cannot take her being disrespected, that too, in her own home. 😉

He will make sure they act according to his tunes. No doubt about it... he's basically a 'You be good to me... I'll be good to you... you try and cross me... I'll show you my other side' person

3.Akbar was amused by her sly expressions and I, by the cute banter of these two wise-idiots.

4.If the lines that Akbar didn't feel like home at parnagarh or aidabad were upsetting, a thought that soon he will find his home in his better half, his heera, his begum sahiba, made me smile.

5.You mentioned about bahadur and other pets, it was a bit surprising as I expected only heera but it felt good.

You know what Payaliya... after all that explanation to you... I ended up adding one small phrase that includes Heera in that sentence too...😆

actually, what I wanted to show was a part where he's thinking about wanting to rescue Parnargh, as a Mansabdar (not as a lover/husband) - but on retrospect, maybe it didn't convey that way... so, I added half a sentence there... problem solved.. 😃

6.His racehorses - the royal racehorses were standing in the way between the miners and the rest of Parnagarh!

Holding a pleasant smile on my face, I blinked as I reread this line, twice. And then this..

"'Thank you... Khan Sahib...'

Oh my god.. and what followed after that was your flawless, realistic and sublime description of Sahib's reaction. I got so involved in your words that didn't realise when my eyes got wet with a blissful smile, curling my lips.

8.And as if just to prove her wrong, there was a sudden ruffle at the entrance - after which, Akbar strode in.

Don't know why but this cracked me up! 🤣

And and and I didn't realise why akbar was in a hurry. I thought he actually had to go somewhere, though It did come to my mind that vaid kaka once remembered Samarth singh when he saw Khan sahib but I had no idea that you would do this to us lashy. Agar aise he har sach samne la diya to ho gai love story complete inki.

Anyways, it's good because I don't think AMK could muster courage to himself tell this truth to her.

It's like this - the wounds in their relationship are so raw and tender that there was no point (and no specific opportunity either) for him to go and tell her about this.. if she'd asked him 'How did you get the Farmaan'

he would have confessed... but there was no specific opportunity for this topic to come up and he just let it lie for the time-being...

at some point, he would have told her though... since AMK is not the kind who would want to hide/lie/keep secrets from her. He told her straightforward before the wedding that he would be leading a double life and that she cannot ask him questions about it. She knows he stole the Farmaan. She knows about his double life. It's basically the Laddu part that got to her

9.Why did his truth always come out in the worst possible ways?

Do I need to say, how much I love Khan sahib? But this line made me laugh instead of feeling sorry for him.

He did wrong to her, May be because, I take such things to my heart. It was her gift which he shared with many people for his benefit. Heera is a baisa, a very calm and self-possessed but had I been at her place, I would have dug those two laddus which he had just eaten. If you remember my comments, I was saying he hasn't eaten any laddu yet and why the hell he was distributing it to others.

Having said that, It was something she gave him from heart, in a hope that it will help to convey her feelings to his heart but what he did? He "used that precious gift to enter her haveli and eventually broke her heart to steal that farman. My blood is boiling writing this. I cannot tolerate this kind of betrayal.

10.Huh.. back to normal recalling last paragraph. Lashy just when I thought from when did you become so cruel that after a long, dreamy.. blissful chapter you're ending this update like this,. I read further just to get lost in a world of Akheera again.❤️

'Every single one of them was carefully hand-picked... all of them the exact size... garnished with similar nuts and raisins... you think I wouldn't notice?'

"Vaid Sahib is mistaken... I did save one... the best one... kept it for when I was hungriest to relish it most... ate it by myself when no one was watching... took my time... didn't share it... didn't even tell Azeez about it, though he had been travelling all along with me...
