Lashy di, you have knack of starting the chapter at the most unexpected scenes. As heera protected akbar from being disrespected by carpenter, what I loved most about this scenario is her approach while talking to him. She did not threaten him directly nor did she put him off. She has her own gentle way of dealing with people, irrespective of the way the other person behaves. And here rosewood is the colour of her love. ❤️

In bansi, when mahender called her in sabha, she was insulted and now in parnagarh, when AMK called her in meeting, he not only reinstated most of parnagarh but also restored her wounded pride. These two are perfect as a team, aren't they? They complement each other so well.. finally, heera has realised that AMK does not have any malicious motives. She called him khan sahib!!! Oyye hoyye What a moment!! Finally his hard work and genuineness paid off.

Parnagarhis are busy in celebrations, it seems. And why not, it is only miracle that most of parnagarh somehow could be saved from annihilation. Even though akbar got to taste his favourite laddus, he couldn't stop vaid kaka from spilling the beans. Obviously and understandably heera was hurt. Had it been somebody else, Akbar wouldn't have bothered with explainations. Because as heera said, "the Mansabdar wasn't known to be a particularly talkative man either..." But the fact that he decided to pour his heart out in simple, straight and heartfelt words manifests what she means to him.❤️ And heera in his nashili and madbhari voice...haaye, main mar jaavan!!! So finally HEERA and KHAN SAHIB are back. And I love you so much for ending the chapter with smiles. Fabulous update as usual and sorry for the delay.

Moving on to the chapter..

I really love the way you start an update, it's always with an unexpected scene like Akku rightly said. I had to read the first few lines twice to understand what's going on..and what a brilliant scene it turned out to be!👏 Needless to say,loved our smart Heera in action.How cleverly she got her work done..a true diplomat she is!⭐️⭐️

Then the sabha episode..God,these two are perrrfect for each other! Can read each other's minds and act accordingly. His slight twisting of the facts and she playing along was superb! With these two taking the responsibility of Parnagarh,there's nothing Parnagarhis need to worry about!

The best part was of course,Khan Sahib's gesture that brought a faint smile and the feel of Lady of the house to his Begum Sahiba!❤️ Whatever might be their personal equation, they always respect each other and make sure others do it too! Why are these two so awesome?!

But it was essential that she reclaim the responsibilities of an heiress - responsibilities that she'd been admirably handling for so long. Even more so since there was a high possibility he would go away on another upcoming mission in the near future.

Their silent eye conversation at the terrace..I've no words to express the beauty of it.Your description of their musings and the various emotions Heera experiences was just AMAZING!! And what a master plan by our Khiladi Khan Sahib..I never guessed this is the reason behind those humongous stables.He doesn't do anything without a pakka plan!

Having diverted suspicion by pinning blame back on him, he toyed with the nervous old man for a while, before caving in with a seemingly-friendly grin.

Taking the cue, the three other businessmen burst into loud sniggers in a hurry to bury the awkwardness.

God! It stung. It stung so so badly. What a fool she'd been, until a short while ago, letting herself be swept away by his gestures. In fact, what a fool she'd been every single time that she had let herself be swept away by him secretly packing away sweets assuming he loved them, expectantly arranging a hush meeting presuming he would express his heart's desires. For what? Only to have her feelings and gifts be discarded like worthless scrap.
