Lashy what I liked the most was you made all of us happy with the update because I could see you have taken bits and pieces from everyone's posts and imaginations and made it fit with your own and gave us a masterpiece that will satisfy all of us! 😃 I could relate to every bit of it and was reminded of something or the other.
Heera's apprehensions which are so natural under the circumstances is so inevitable here. Her chatting with Durga and asking for a sign was so touching to me! I was overwhelmed thinking of the similar thoughts that crossed my mind! She found her peace of mind there and the most soothing part was though she was feeling guilty about the whole situation it was not a morbid feeling! She somehow felt positive and open about the wedding! Her heart was okay with it which tells us in her subconscious mind she is fine with the wedding with AMK! She doesn't feel an aversion towards him! All the trust, dependence and respect that she once had for him is still there in some corner of her mind and that is why she is not feeling negative about the whole wedding! Again you gave a positive aura to the whole scenario!
Of course, we know how AMK felt and I laughed when the lads gave him a hard time! And this time Ibrahim came forward with all the jest! 😃 Good going! Azeez was scared? Really?! His 'enough' had me 😆! So expected! And Ibrahim had his hands crossed copying him to be stern was! 🤣 Superb! For once we saw AMK smile fully, compared to his standard! 😃 I was trying to imagine his looks and went 'thud'! Koi picture hai kya, please upload karna from the show!
Loved Chachajaan's gesture of being her 'wali'! He is a true guardian of AMK in every possible way! Loved Heera's loss of words and confusion there, very very natural! Anybody is her shoes would have felt the same.
I knew his heart will stop breathing when he will see her for the first time! And yep, there he was mesmerised by her beauty! The strong, staunch man who never ever let his heart beat in a romantic rhythm was unable to stop the waltz within today! 😉 Everything was beyond his control, his friend's leg pulling, his erratic heart unable to stop its dance on seeing her beauty, the happiness of making her his own, the urge to take her in his arms and admire her to his heart's content was beautiful and natural and yet surprising to see that he could feel so under all that stoic personality and appearance! He has kept himself deprived all his life only to gain the most in the end! Loved his gesture of gifting her and yet not saying anything! That was sooo HIM! He gifts and leaves! Doesn't stay to admire or see what she does or says! Perfect! 😃 It is not that he doesn't want to but he did it for her. Not to make her uncomfortable. So his eyes did go to all her delicate features and form! Itna bhi patthar dil nahi hai banda.! 😉😆
Heera's being happy and thankful came from him again for the third time! 😃 No pressure, no expectations, no demands, no askance insistence, no rebuttals, no opposition of any kind! She was free to be herself. All he did ask was maintaining a decorum of being in the same room for some time! I am sure this gesture of his will soften her feelings all the more for him. She will give a sigh of relief. I really thought they will make some rules but didn't know it was already formulated and understood by both of them!? When was it verbalised so clearly out in the open? Okay, does this mean from now on she will go back to her own room every night now that the wedding night is over? Or will they keep the charade on for public, staying in his room for a few more nights? Did he spend the whole night writing in a chair? No couches or sofa or chaise in his room?
And after she fell asleep I am positive he must have admired her closely, will you elaborate his feelings in the next update? Please do Lashy, I desperately want to read what he felt, how badly he felt the longing to caress her when he saw her sleeping so peacefully like a nymph! He almost went forward to stroke her hair, or lay aside her veil, or caress her cheek but slowly took his hand back to put a lid on his urge, in return to gain her confidence and trust back. How he left the room and went outside in the cold to calm himself down in the cool breeze! How his ragged breathing slowly came back to normal and finally the fire burning inside him was doused by the splash of cold water on his face and neck! And also want to read all the teasings of the lads the next morning making him all red! He might be groaning in despair unable to breathe a word or unable to let go of his frustrations but nevertheless want to see him flush in all the leg pulling! 😆 Poor him, can't do anything to his bride and yet have to undergo all the banter as if he used his full right as a husband! 😛😆 I know, meanie me! 😃
Also, want to read of Heera's relief and at the same time a little feeling of a let down from not getting any expected attention from AMK! She must have expected a little something and not receiving any notice from him will make her a little edgy! I too want to see her craving a tad bit of his attention if not a lot. 😃
I knew he will follow and observe every decorum and ritual to the core decked as a Prince no matter how unpalatable it is to him and he did exactly that! This is the power of Love! Adored this fact. What touched me most was how he put forward Heera's feeling first every step of the way! He wanted her to think of her marriage fondly if and when her feelings will undergo a complete change in future! And his simple 4 line poem right from the heart said it all what epics can't encompass when conveying a lover's adoration and confession! Simple, straightforward, honest and sincere with no frills attached! He did what he did for her, used force to get his way which he will never do to anyone because her eyes made him do all that he could for her, to save and protect her and give her the security which only he wants to provide for her! Her eyes drowned him in love! Lovely Lashy! 👏👏 It was said to the person intended and it was understood perfectly by that person to the last word.
And he finally called her 'Begum Sahiba'! Oh my, that gave me chills!
And Heera's thoughts about the advice of women of experience regarding wedding night was hilarious! 😆 And I am sure there will be a lot of giggles stored for her as well the following day! Inquisitive and curious glances marked with that telltale smile from all the ladies will also embarrass her to the core. 😃
She will grow a feeling of immense respect for the person who has made her his own only socially and how it will transpire from social to corporal exercise is something I will watch out for! And her feelings slowly transforming to admiration, pride, understanding and finally to Love will be the crux of the story.
