Because of accessing laptop screen - a big NO NO!!!

You need more melatonin in your body (the sleep hormone)... that's what makes humans go to sleep at night, and wake up at morning...

Any form of light in the room & melatonin production drops... so light/sunlight/TV light/laptop light all NO NO 🤓

Nothing that'd excite you at this time!!! NO photos of RT!😈

Dark room... anything monotonous... soothing monotonous music helps... (like meditation music)
