You girls made me nostalgic.. ☺️

After NJAPA which was on eve teasing/stalking I wanted to write on another issue plaguing our society today - land grabbing! And that's how HBAS was born...

Two sisters whose father had passed away... had left them a large bungalow and a plot of land in a prime area in Chennai (yes after Hyderbad, I wanted to write a story in Chennai 😆)...
But the land grabbing mafia was trying all they could to get the sisters to give it up

The older worked in a company engaged to an influential businessman (who was supposed to be in love with her)

The younger was partially blind... a social worker... sisters loved each other... watched out for each other... but they were battling threats from the mafia..

She returns home from work one day to find the crime scene... her sister murdered etc.. she hears the last mobile message from her sister asking her to run... that the men were returning soon...

So, with some money/clothes/ land papers she leaves with the driver... to go to Bangalore (where her closest relatives are)

The men start chasing her...

The car chase ends up in a crash... with her stranded in the other side of Chennai... at this point, the driver ditches her saying he doesn't want to be involved in this any more...

Partially blind... midnight in some seedy Chennai road.. she doesn't know where to go... goes to the only shop to ask for help

But, rowdies in this midnight tea-side shop... see her.. beginning to behave not-too-nice... you picture it..

There's one man standing in one corner... quietly watching it all... a Don.. Basha Bhai kinda guy 😆 he stops the bullies... but, doesn't say much after that... leaves...

She follows him since he seems like the safer bet for then... and since she doesn't know where else to go..

He turns out to be owner of a small guest house..

Of course, she lives stays there for a night... which becomes 2 days... then... 2 weeks... hiding from the mafia for a while...

Turns out the Don Basha Bhai was actually working for the land mafia... and the businessman fiancee was the one who orchestrated the murder of her sister... you get the picture 😉😆

There is some amount of Lashy Rupantar... be it, the knife throwing skills of an extremely handsome & intelligent AMK or the unbreakable spirit and wisdom of a partially blind angelic 16 year old
Worry not... 😉
Why I stick to logic/facts is because I am able to relate to the characters in such a story more...

dis is interesting lashy sahiba😉bt dn m really happy dat u chose historical era cz it looks more royal and mesmerizing...😳modern one thou sounds like a tamil movie...directed by N. Linguswamy...😆😉

It is through pretences that they met, she in the pretence of maid ,and him in the pretence of businessman. It is in the shadows of the death, that they are living. But when they fell in love, it was no pretence, it was fierce, passionate...that was the reason that both of them go out of the way to protect the other. Yes ,they are far far away from each other, but they are working for the same purpose. They are fighting this war together... The battle heera has lost, in the dual with mahinder, Akbar has won by beating shehzade .for the time being though..

It was also interesting to see how it was all necessary. Heera meeting Akbar, him rejecting her, heera denying to marry mahinder ,to know certain truths and also true faces,so that he could make her his bride.

It is Akbar's race against time, from the time he was searching for the farmaan till the time he would find heera.

As Akbar got to meet his huzoor ,it was time for shocks and revelations. He came to know about bansi disowning heera, Khalil on his way to harm heera and most importantly shehzade betraying his trust. Shehzade also got to know ustaad's involvement with his 'assignment'. In first half of the chapter,shehzade was testing Akbar's patience, toying with him ,having upper hand in this dual .in fact, he won few rounds too..but then it was USTAAD he was playing with. If he is in your camp,it is boon ,but once he became your enemy, it is the biggest curse.

As Akbar produces the much awaited farmaan, shehzade could not refute his claim to promotion. Akbar extracts from shehzade the much-deserved promotion. Safety and secure future for heera and parnagarh. It was perfect example of how words are true weapons. And especially how he revealed about heera later,when the farmaan was sealed. As Akbar got shehzade to do what he want ,I had only one thing to say"yeh sheh aur yeh maat."

It was truly a master class move.

It was very painful to see ,heera packing her bags to move from bansi. The one home she knew after parnagarh, but maybe for better because only after moving from bansi ,that she will encounter khan sahib. Her conversation with gauri was really heartfelt. After her family, her community and her fate had let her down,she had turned to the stranger; finding solace in his company. As he also rejected her, now she is going to try and save her people by diplomacy.

Akbar who had stopped in capital to plan and organise his limited resources is running out of time. An excellent warrior general that he is, ,he knows how to use limited resources to their maximum. His loyal people were also plus point for him. The trio could not help but tease him, and he didn't mind much either. But the reminder of impending trouble is for us as well as for them.

Akbar and his group ,who almost covered the distance with Khalil is probably resting and heera is facing the monster. As last chapter belonged to Akbar, it was heera who shone the most in this chapter.

Heera who has decided on the course of action ,they have to take is taking the huge risk, as dangers are lurking around... Both Akbar and heera, are very intelligent in their understanding of the situation and planning accordingly. As she make sure that her people would be ready to move if necessary from parnagarh. The decision must be so difficult, that too for a 16 year old. Meeting the shehzade, is also very dangerous, for he might kill her or arrest her,she would never get to see her people again.

The people of parnagarh are indeed leaving their precious feather in stromy night. But the feather is that of peacock, the one which signifies Krishna, and thus signifies divinity. It would surely get back at its rightful place.

And last but not the least ,the encounter of beauty with the beast. It was ominous all the way , be it the carnivore or the gathering clouds or gokul which didn't return. As both of them finally were face to face. It was really outstanding portrayal of the strong 16 year old who knows how to put people at their places, to prove why she is unique, for no other girl could stand in front of the monster and greet him. She of course was terrified, but she didn't show it to her face,and kept him guessing. At the end, even Khalil was intrigued to know, why she was not reacting and what she would do next.

Hats off author!!!!!!! It was really excellent chapter. Thank you for all the efforts that you put in the chapters and other information.
