The thing is... it shows that till the nth moment, his plan was to keep Heera away and safe, but at the same time never to cheat his Huzoor... he was as loyal as could be... till circumstances got so desperate...
And when his master would not give him permission to stop Khalil, he had to resort to all this...

Besides, once he knew heera has been disowned, it is only a matter of time before she is done away by someone somewhere...

So, he used his upperhand/Farmaan/promise and a combination of other things to get what he wanted - a safe future for Heera (as far as he could ensure, of course)

Loved the way Sahiba opened up to Gauri and herself ... And the way Sahib played with the Prince to get exactly what he wanted was very entertaining.

And the final acknowledgement of giving their unnamed relationship a beautiful name was ❤️
