CHAPTER 17(part 1)
She comfortably made him sit on the bed and sat beside him waiting for him to blurt out all the pain.She very well was aware that this question would hurt him but she didn't want it to keep haunting him all the time.She wanted to relieve his pain.'I have to do I' she thought.She pressed his hand assuring him that she is with him forever now.Not meeting his gaze with her he started,"My father and her's were best of friends so it's natural that we were friends from childhood.I didn't like her at all and neither did my parents.But my grandma liked her I don't know why but sometimes I felt she loved her more than me.I didn't care and never asked grandma regarding it.Two weeks before my grandma's death she told me to marry her.She said that it was her last wish.I couldn't deny her as I loved her really very much.I did as she said.Believe me Pari I couldn't deny her."Tears threatened to flow from his cheeks.Only he knew how much he felt to give up his life but something held him on.He didn't knew what it was.He gently laid his head on her shoulder and said,"I never meant to do it.I couldn't deny her."Pari was dumbstruck at his revelation.She could feel how much he needed her,her love,her warmth.She gently wrapped her arms around him.He started sobbing.She shushed him and said,"Shhh...calm down.You know na I can't see you sad.And anyways I'm thankful to God that he let you marry."Rajat swiftly straightened himself and said,"What?"Pari,"Yes Hon.If you had never married I would have never realized what my heart feels for you.I would be assuming to be an illusion which instead was True Love.To be true, I didn't like you at our first meet.I assumed you to be arrogant and selfish.But gradually I realized that how kind and loving you are.I started to fall for you but ignored my feelings as it was not right for a married woman even to think about someone else other than her husband.But what could I do I never felt that warmth,that love and care in his eyes which I experienced in yours.WE had a arranged marriage and it came way too fast.I don't know but I never felt anything for Him right from the start."She placed her head on his chest and said,This is where my soul finds peace by your side."He hugged her by her waist,"Never leave me jaan.""Never" came her quick reply.He stood up and went to the other room.She was puzzled.'What happened all of a sudden',she thought.He came in with a guitar.Pari jumped in happiness."You play a guitar?" she asked joyfully.Rajat,"Yup.But I don't know how will it sound cause I'm playing after 2 years." "Why so?" she quizzed."So many questions you ask yaar" ,he replied.Pari,"Answer na.",she pleaded.Rajat,"Accha first listen to this."She obeyed quietly like an innocent kid.He positioned the guitar and said,"This song is dedicated to you my love.I one I live for.The one who fills my little world with loads of happiness whom I love more than anything and everything."He looked at her with a Hope you like it'way.She overwhelmed.Never in her dreams she had thought that someone would love her so much.He began whilst she waited with curiousity.

She was stunned.She had never even imagined that he could sing so well.His eyes reflected all the love he had for her.She could clearly read it.He meant every word of that beautiful song.
Tum mile toh lamhe tham gaye
Tum mile toh saare gam gaye
Tu mile toh muskurana aa gaya
Tum mile toh jaadu cha gaya
Tum mile toh jeena aa gaya
Tum mile toh maine paaya hai khuda
Tears welled in her eyes.He came to her side swiftly rubbed them and indicated her not to do so.He sat by her side and continued
Tujh mein kinaara dikhe
Dil ko sahara dikhe
Aa meri dhadkan thaam le
Teri taraf hi mude
Yeh saans tujhse jude
Har pal yeh tera naam le
He placed her hand on his heart
Tum mile toh ab kya hai kami
Tum mile toh duniya mil gayi
Tum mile toh mil gaya aasra
Tum mile toh jaadu cha gaya
Tum mile toh jeena aa gaya Tum mile toh maine paaya hai khuda
She placed her head on his shoulder whilst he continued.
Din mere tujhse chalein
Raatein bhi tujhse dhalein
Hai waqt tere haath mein
Tu hi shehar hai mera
Tujhme hi ghar hai mera
Rehta hai tere saath mein
She was feeling heavenly.First his presence and his soothing voice.Every word he sang gave her peace from within.How much she longed for his and after a lot of effort they had found each other's love.
Tum mile toh mil gaya humsafar
Tum mile toh khud ki hai khabar
Tum mile toh rishta sa ban gaya
Tum mile toh jaadu cha gaya
Tum mile toh jeena aa gaya
Tum mile toh maine paaya hai khuda
They both lay still for a few moments.How blissful they felt!But there was always somebody to disturb their privacy(this time in a good way though).The door bell rang and went and opened it and was shocked to find...to be continued.😆
