If men can, why can't women?
If women can, why can't men?

Doesn't always hold true...😛

Men can carry logs, why can't women?
Because their body composition is different.. they have more muscle!

If men don't cry, why do women have to cry? Be strong lady
Nah! It's easier for men NOT to cry... women find it tougher because we have 60 percent more prolactin (a hormone that triggers emotions and tears) than men!

If women can stay without 'it' why can't men?
Well men can stay without 'it' but they do crave 'it' more than women do, because they have 10 times more testosterone in their bodies... the hormone that you know 😉

So we must spare a bit more thought for those men who are able to keep a hold on their physical needs than women are... there's proven science behind it!

You explain so beautifully Lashy Di. 😳 Though I was not serious in this comment, but loved your comment regarding this point. 😃

Thanks for the PM. What a beautiful story of second chances. In my take 5 approach, here are my 5 favorite parts of your story

1. The shift from past to present: as Surya's face and song gives way to a newer face
2. The twist with Jalal as he says he is ready for a marriage of convenience and you wonder why
3. The flashback of how the bond between Jodha and Jalal forms ... A respect and friendship that does not trespass its boundaries
4. A beautiful proposal, hidden and sudden: a longing to be there for her and particularly Jiya forever ... A chance to be a Father
5. The last scene with Jiya being the strong bond between them and diffusing the discomfort and awkwardness as she will do moving forward

Thanks again for participating in the OS competition!

I am honored! You wrote a take-5 analysis on my story! Only me knows how much I am in love with your take-5 wala style. 😃

You were always as blissful as solitude, but here you were nothing short of scintillating... as a bride takes up the paramount importance of her daughter's happiness to be the radar if her life, not daunted by the hard gazes of a remorseless society , shouldering the mammoth task of replacing the past with present and decking herself up as a another's bride simultaneously.

You were always spunk personified, but here you were nothing short of superb, as you have seamlessly embroidered the convoluted social ways into the intricacies of a delicate soul, the innocent bespattered with immoral obligations.

You have always been just to the demands of a story, but here you were the most determined, as let the tale linger in the reader's mind subtly, yet strongly. You made an impact on the romantic thoughts, sans any proper love story! So delightfully you've asserted how, ontore otripti robe, shango kori mone hobe, shesh hoye, hoilo naa shesh!
(Lovely lines these are... )

You have always been a strong depiction of psychic twists, but here once again, you have proved your worth, as you've weaved a supple blanket of innocence, spread it so delicately all over it. There sweet innocence every where and this with the earnest pride of Jalal on his priorities... in the way Jalal has chosen to man up all of it... indeed can fairy tales be any soothing than this!

Now after this much... you tell me, do I need any more reasons to love this tale, or for that matter, you?!😉

☺️ ☺️ ☺️

What to say! Such a beautiful review for me!! Do I need any more reason to adore you?😳😆

BTW, son na, amay tor English lekha r skill ta dhar dibi? 😆

Keep adoring me, that's what means a lot to me😳

As for lending you my skills... I don't think there's any need for that... you have much more than what I have and it's proven in something which you have managed to do... but I haven't 😊

This one OS is more than enough for a proof... I have never read anything so soulful, so poignant... the moment I read it, I didn't recognise the author... but I knew that this had to get my vote. I agree toto with every word of Lashy di's elaborate comment and with all your love for me, do continue it, drop any other ff of yours if necessary... but please do consider completing this... it has all the substance demanding justification! Pleaseee! 😳
