The thing which annoys me most on this forum,when people pms you and request(well most of the times, it's an order) to update when they don't even hit like button.

If 5 people are asking for update and other 50 members don't even open pms for whatever reasons.. though they are chatting on other threads then that doesn't mean writers are at fault.
If readers want the writers to understand that they can only hit like (which most of the writers understand) and can't comment because of many reasons then writers also have a life other than IF.

It's their choice whether to update their story or not, ofcourse if they are not getting the desired response.

But I actually feel that writers and readers both appreciate each other because both are giving their time to each other.
If readers are not commenting and pressing like button,then They don't have any right to ask for update!!

Chatting in another thread is not crime right???

If gave us lot of wonderful friends..

It's ours., we can chat anything..

Is there any rule authors should only updates their stories & no chatting???

People who like stories & coments follows regularly can ask auothers to give updates..

If they demeands & threats authors still we feel happy.. Because they have right to ask...

What is with this caustic and snide remarks?

Is the only the writer's ego that matters here? The readers are mere puppets? NO WRITER is doing any sort of obligation or charity by writing. What is with this likes concept, if readers wish they will or else they wont. If writer has the ego that I will only write if X no like me? Is that really being creative or is it being attention seeking? There are few writers who write without bothering about about likes or responses, because they are writing for their creative outlet and not seeking attention.

Do writers have life and not readers? What a rude thing to say.

Do authors in real life write books with the sole aim that each and everyone becomes a best seller or they write for their own creative satisfaction? NOT all books become best sellers, a few deserving do.

Moreover stop this taunting game on me? I dont read your stories and have zero interest to do so. You dont have the maturity and sensibility to accept a different view and gang up like small kids. This is exhibitionism of nepotism.

I wont be bothered anymore by the comments. I have my life unaffected by your bitterness in thoughts and action.

BTW Rose, keep it up, you showed the spirit to rise above the lethargy and hypocrisy.
