There is a line in Avvayar's Nalvazhi that says

' Nettiruppu paraikku nekkuvidaap paarai pasumarathin verukku nekku vidum' which says the hard rock that cannot be pierced by the iron axe can be penetrated by the tender green roots of a plant. ( The poem implies the power of soft words that can achieve what harsh words cannot)

This is what is happening to our poor Akbar Miyan! A thoroughly hardened person is finding himself inadvertently giving way to unwilling admiration. Her dignified approach to a handicap coupled with her candour and intelligence is making the poor man let down his guards unknown to himself.😆

She probably reminds him of something in his past. He has an 'ek hi kashthi pe sawar' sort of feeling.🤔 Some hardship he faced and his struggles. Some punishment he probably got as a child for his parents' fault, Some Marwari connection - his determination to abstain from the food ans his fluent accent. His abstinence from wine and women...we will wait for the spiral kind of flashback as in films.😆

Chittranjan Maharaj setting up a 'Hum aapke hain kaun' scenario!!😲. Sorry Sir. There is no Munna for emotional swaying and our Stranger has a more definitive role to play in Heera's life. He has already captured the lady's interest and imagination. 😳

It was strange, the compulsion Akbar felt to tell her about his helping the children though angered by her 007 antics. It was similar to the compulsion SHE felt at the river side to explain her disability lest he think that she was deliberately falling all over him. Her admission to his complaint of sending her men behind his, openly and the candid reasons put them both at par in honesty levels. Both of them have the ability to admit and face the truth bluntly.👏

I also wondered what made Heera's 007 agent think that he might be selling them to the Mughal soldier when it was Akbar's man who was giving the money and not the vice versa.🤔

Hi lashy di,
Really a perfect chapter with beautiful scenes.
The teaser itself was so engrossing that i read it two times. Haha i usually skip teaser for chapters but this time it was HIM from the start so could not!
The whole scenario is so cute, i can drool over them , the typical PariJat chemistry could be easily seen in those stern yet sweet comments and i know it was not a total romance but still usually i like these more than actual romance in serial too hehe.
Then the idea of sending a letter and the way she checked it was just commendable. For a 16 year old orphan its entirely superb.
Well actually im too unsophisticated to type a comment for your extraordinary skills.
Im just trying my level best to put what i felt in exact words.
The musings were awesome too, and then the last part is intriguing. Can't wait to see heera n akbar having more conversations. Eagerly waiting for next sunday.
