Paridhi has portrayed the angst, anger at being accused by her own husband and feelings of betrayal, brilliantly..

Rajat has done complete justice to the role of an embittered emperor who is showing immense restraint in his emotions, during this testing phase. He goes through the entire Blessing ritual without letting down Jodha publicly, even once, and unleashes his anger on her, only in private.

Earlier on, we saw silent fireworks between Jalal and Jodha, during the Jashn and Blessing session.
Rajat and Paridhi's expressions and voice modulation while thanking God for bestowing them with an heir were nothing short of superb. Both their faces were oozing with resentment and silently accusing each other of deception. What a fine pair they are, complimenting each other in looks and performance.

Master manipulator, conniver and a stockpile of Machiavellian tactics , Mahamanga does complete injustice to the positions of a Badi ammi and Wazir-e-Alia. Badi ammi ---------- indeed ! 😡

It is the graceful and intuitive Salima Begum who will eventually turn out to be Jodha's guardian angel and savior from this disgraceful situation and Shehenshah Jalal deserves full credit in realizing that Jodha is incapable, leave alone guilty of adultery.

Scene of the day is Jalal confronting Jodha⭐️.He barges into her room saying takhliya and directly starts off with the ghrinith prashn that had been haunting him.

Jodha was shocked with such question, out of the blue, from her very own husband.It only added to her existent agony and disgust.

I think for the first and last time,someone had cut Shehanshah-e-Hind by saying bass! and raising a finger😉,what a gutsy woman Jo is!!

RT was excellent here,the way he glares at her finger and his eyes widened at her audacity,but doesn't harm her physically.

Paridhi was brilliant too,she gave life to Jodha,Rajput sherni who doesn't allow anyone including the Emperor, to question/degrade her character.👏

Both these actors complement each other so well and I don't understand why ppl credit the success of show to a single person.

The privilege of rooms with doors was provided only to Shehnaz,Zeenat-Kasim and Atifa😆.This happens only in Agra,anyone can eavesdrop without being caught by the guards.

Jalal and Jodha repeat the lines with the feel of betrayal.This reminded me of their marriage,where Jodha repeats the vachans half-heartedly.The only difference is Jalal is not in a position to enjoy her plight as he is in the same boat,ek hi kashti mein sawaar😉.Again they were publicly spitting fire,giving ample hints to Maham.

Surprisingly,Maham wants to make clear abt the pregnancy with Hakima before she concludes Jo has betrayed Jalal. May be,she believed Jo couldn't do so.

Salima feels someone's presence and tastes the milk,where do you find one begum having so much of concern for the other.Only Jodha and Salima fall under this category.Did anyone in the forum guess the woman in burkha as BB,during the original run?

Next epi is even more interesting,Jalal could feel the truth and honesty of his wife and approaches the right person,sensible Salima Begum for the advice.

Very well said. The analysis of the confrontation scene is outstanding. This track has all been about performances, as you noted above, none more so than in that scene. A furious husband vs outraged wife and Rajat and Paridhi embodied their respective roles.
