CHAPTER 2
After a while, they reached in front of a massive gate. That gate itself showed their standard of living. The car went inside and Jodha was shocked to see the magnificent house in front of her. It was a royal palace like structure with grand exterior and a big garden. She imagined how it would be living in this house. The car stopped at the entrance of the house. She got down and was dumbstruck by looking at it. She was lost in the beauty when Maham brought her back to her senses. She said.
MAHAM: - Take your bag and come in. (She obeyed her and came in with her sky bag. She entered the house and she was lost. It was a white hall decorated with white furniture and crystal pieces which were bought from various countries of the world. It was like a heaven. She was very happy. Then again Maham shouted.) You have not kept your bag still????? Go and keep and come down to help the servants. (She nodded her head and asked a lady servant his room and she went there according to her direction. While going upstairs, everyone was seeing her as if she was some alien from other world. 1 lady servant whispered to other servant.)
LADY SERVANT 1: - Look at her, How she looks???? I look much better than her.
LADY SERVANT 2: - Yes, he could have married me if he wanted to marry such a cheap looking woman. (And they laughed.)
Other side, one girl had just come to her house and was extremely tired and was about to sit on the sofa when her mother came running towards her.
NAFISA: - Rukaiya, Jalal married Jodha. Our plan is successful. (She got up with a shock but suddenly it turned into an evil smile. She said)
RUKAIYA: - Yes, I knew it. I just knew it. Jalal will do that for ME. He can do anything for me. Now I will see how that wh**e escapes his clutches. (And laughed evilly. But Nafisa asked worryingly.)
NAFISA: - But dear, if he comes to know then...
RUKAIYA: - No Ammi, don't worry. Maham Aunty is there to handle in Mohammad Mansion and moreover Jalal can't stand that woman, so listening to her is a dream which can never be true. (And both mother-daughter pair laughed evilly)
In Mohammad Mansion, she was waiting in his room sorry their room for their first wedding night. She was nervous, excited, scared all together. She was not wearing something good but what she had she was wearing. She was standing near the window and admiring the room. It was huge and beautiful. It was having a pale olive green color on the wall where the bed's head board was places and other side was a big study with books and chairs. They have a study separate in the house but he likes to use this as he feels little relaxed here. She saw the clock it was already passed mid-night. She got tensed about his where about when she heard the door knob twisting and a man came in with a bottle of whisky in his hand. He was not in his senses. He was not on his foot proper. Jodha got shocked to see him like this. He was taking sips of whisky and coming inside. He was about to fall when she went towards him running and got hold of him. Jalal felt someone holding him and he saw the person. He felt as if someone was pouring acid on his heart. He immediately pushed her away from him. She fell with a thug on the ground and slightly she moaned. She was double shocked with this happening. He came near her and caught her hand harsh and picked her from one hand. He left her and yelled.
JALAL: - Congratulations you bitch, you finally succeeded in you plan. Now I am your husband. See how I am feeling now???? You ruined my life. You really ruined my life. I am king of business. I can do anything what I want but I lost in front of my love, MY RUKAIYA. (This was a mind-blower to her. The land below her leg was removed. She felt 1000s of dagger stabbed in her heart. In shock she closed her mouth with her hand. He continued) I wanted her as my wife not you. (He turned towards her and said) But she sacrificed her love for you, you as****e. (This was the ultimate for her. He continued) but don't you worry I have a plan. After 6 months I will divorce you but till that time I have to suffer you. So for these 6 months you can be in this house but not as my wife. (Tears where flowing from her eyes. He continued) and moreover the world doesn't know that how unlucky Jallaluddin is that he had to marry such a cheap and low woman. In these 6 months don't you dare cross my path otherwise I will kill you. (Then he saw the door and her and then her bag. He pulled her towards the bag; he took in his hands and threw her out of his room and yelled) if you enter this room without my permission then you see. NOW GET OUT. (And slammed the door on her face)
Jodha was beyond shock. First she came to know that this marriage is just an agreement from his side. Second, that he loved Rukaiya and he did this marriage for her and the worst thing she didn't know any of these things. She got down from the stairs with her and was wondering in hall where to go; when she felt a tap on her shoulders and turned to see the person and was shocked to see MAHAM ANGA smiling on her evilly. She asked with sarcasm.
MAHAM: - What happened???? Jalal threw you out of the room????? (And laughed evilly. She got another shock. She understood that Maham knew everything. She continued) I knew he would do that because it is always a shame to have such a cheap and worthless woman in your life and to be honest I am very happy today. (Jodha took some courage and asked)
JODHA: - How can you do this to him?????? (Maham laughter stopped and looked at her. For while there was silence then Maham continued)
MAHAM: - That is none of your business. First of all you think where you will stay from today. (Then she smiled evilly and said) How about kitchen???? (Jodha understood her indication and she took her bag with her and went towards kitchen. Before going towards kitchen Maham told her.) From tomorrow get up early because we don't have servants except Annie and she is little old to do all household work, so you do it for her and she will handle kitchen. (Jodha nodded her head and went in without any complaint to start her new day with torture.)
