Frankly speaking I loved all the jodha akbar scenes. Every time the show gave a chance to show the caliber of the actors. Rajat has always portrayed the typycal akbars character. His expressions, dialogue delivery, the attitude i loved it all. May be if someone else would have played Akbar's character then this historic feeling would have come. I must say whichever role rajat has portrayed, it has always felt real... Love u rajat...

Reading all the comments and appreciation coming his way has made me so overwhelmed and emotional at this moment.

I think this is a fantastic idea. As the serial winds up, it makes sense to say a few words of appreciation for a man who gave us so much pleasure with his acting ability.

The episodes that left an imprint on my mind and will define his performance for me were the three or four episodes in the marriage track.

The best is the "3 promises" episode where Jodha tries to spring a trap on him. The swagger with which Rajat enters the hall making everyone stand and acknowledge his royal presence, the smirk with which he looks at Jodha. An expression of disdain, arrogance and amusement on his face as he watches Jodha squirm. The look of total victory on his face as Jodha breaks down when he accepts her demands and springs the trap back on her.

Then, that last look he gives everyone in the hall, as if daring anyone to oppose him and finally the regal manner in which he walks out, his troupe following close behind him. That episode for me, is where Rajat came closest to touching Akbar..

All the marriage episodes had something to offer. Really golden days.

my most wonderful ladies what a heart warming tribute to this magnificent actor..i am even short of words to explain his acting abilities...please keep it moving as i want this thread to complete its last page on the last day of the show..and our circle of paying tribute to him will be complete...to be continued...

FYI..our shyamala dearest is working on some great material to pay tribute to this great actor but due to her knee surgery she will do it in parts as her health promotes and please stay tuned to read her wonderful posts along with many more on this thread!
