Chapter 3

As jodha was blushing and talking to her baby, Jalal and Abdul had already left the room for a walk and talk.
Abdul starts off asking jalal..
"I know there's nothing you need to talk about our business right here, why did you cut me in between when I was talking to bhabhi?"

They both reached to the lift. Jalal and Abdul alone in the lift, jalal tells Abdul that he has not yet told jodha about what doctors have said.

Abdul gets shocked. He says;
"jalal, you will have to tell bhabhi this truth, you can't just hide it from her, she will need extra medicine, care and love".

Jalal replies him with a very sad tone..

"Abdul, what will I say to jodha, how will I tell her, you already know how guilty I feel for not going upstairs myself to grab her needs. I feel that I'm the reason why this happened. If I stopped her, and went myself, she wouldn't have returned by tripping over.. I feel very guilty. But jodha, she is telling me that it's not my fault. She says that it's her fault and that she feels guilty about it.
Abdul, if I tell jodha what the doctors have said, she will die of guilt. She will blame herself even more.
And right now, in this condition of her pregnancy, i am supposed to keep her happy, she has to be stress-relief Abdul. I have to give her all the pleasure and comfort she needs during pregnancy.
Lately, ever since she's become pregnant, her hormones are so high, she either wants me or she is either being emotional for no reasons. Not that I have any problem pleasing her, I love it but I have to keep her happy Abdul, don't you think it's better for her health if we keep with between the three of us, you me and and the doctor?"

They both reach to the cafeteria and they quickly grabbed a table.
Abdul is thinking something, he is lost in deep thoughts. Jalal looks at Abdul and remains quiet. Jalal then calls the waiter and asks Abdul what he wants.
Abdul says
"I'll grab a cup of tea please."
And jalal orders only a cup of tea for abdul.. Jalal was in no mood to eat or drink anything..

Jalal asks Abdul,
"where are you lost? Did you even hear what I was saying to you before?"
Abdul looks at jalal and says,
"Brother, you're right man. Bhabhi needs to stay happy right now, she will curse herself so much if she finds out.."

Jalal whispers.. 'Exactly!'

Abdul heard jalal and says;
"but jalal, this is not my only concern. I am sure jodha will get extra medicine from the doctors right?
what will you tell her, what are these medicines for?
how will you convince her?"

Then the waiter comes with a cup of tea, gives it to Abdul and leaves.
Jalal then starts telling Abdul,
"the doctors themselves can't check how my baby is, they said it's way too small to find out if my child is injured or not, though the condition that I bought jodha here in, they're sure our child must've got hurt as well, because it's turned over way before time Abdul. But they said that my wife is fine and my baby is breathing fine too..problem sirf yeh hai, ke pregnancy mein complications ki chances hai. kuch bhi ho sakta hai..aur kuch nahi bhi ho sakta hai.
But I don't want to convince myself, I want to be ready for everything. I will fight everything, I won't let my jodha and our baby suffer any pain. If something happens to my baby, i will have to console jodha..but I won't let anything happen to our baby."

The two best friends carried with their deep and meaningful chit-chat session at the cafeteria.
Jalal looked at the time and it was 1:15pm.
He realized it's nearly lunch time. He said to Abdul that he needs to go back to jodha, after lunch time they might discharge her.

Abdul then says;
"Yes that's fine jalal, you go and take care of bhabhijaan. I hope she gets well soon. Please don't feel guilty about anything okay?
If you need me, just call and I'll be here for you and bhabhijaan.
I will take your leave now jalal, I need to go office"

Jalal then makes his way to the general ward after saying bye to Abdul.

When jalal got to jodha's room, it was 1:30pm and jodha was sleeping.
Jalal looks at his sleeping beauty and smiles like no tomorrow!
He thinks to himself, when we go back home, I will give you all the pleasure you need jodha, you don't know how much I love you my jaan..

Nurse came inside with lunch.
Jalal slowly says in a low tone that she is sleeping.
Nurse says that she has to have her lunch.
Jalal takes the lunch off the nurse and says; I'll wake her up and feed her! thank you!
Nurse leaves.

Jalal pulls the curtains around the whole room.
He puts the lunch tray on the table and sits on the left over space on the bed next to jodha. He leans over her and slowly starts to blows on her face to wake her up smoothly...

Jodha's hair fell on her cheek and tickled her a little.
Jodha was getting a little disturbed in sleep.. Jalal slowly blows again on her face...
This time jodha slowly opened her eyes and saw jalal almost on top of her!!

They shared an intense eye lock for almost 20 seconds!
Jalal in a normal tone and voice says,
"Lunch time jaanu."
and he then moves back to give her space to get up.
But before he fully moved back, jodha grabbed his collar and pulled him back on her.

Jalal just smirks but doesn't say anything.
Jodha slowly brings her lips near his lips and she softly nibbled on his lip with her rosy soft pink lips.
Jodha again nibbled on his lower lip.
Jalal then parted her lips with his tongue and slid his tongue inside her mouth and sucked her upper lip.
Jodha softly moaned and threw her arms around jalals neck for support.
They both locked their lips together and kissed each other until they couldn't breathe anymore.

Jalal broke the kiss, he was panting said;
"I know I'm yummy jodha, but you can't just eat me. You have to eat lunch now!"

Jodha was also panting harder than jalal. She got annoyed at the fact that their kiss broke and ended so soon.

Jodha blushed so hard and said;
"You have to admit, you're not the only yummy thing okay, I know you find me tasty as well."

Jalal smirks and says;
"You are tasty. Everywhere, babe!"

Jalal and jodha both smirked at the same time, then jalal pushed himself back to get jodha up for lunch now.

Jodha wanted to freshen up before lunch.
She said, I want to go bathroom!

Jalal then walked her to the bathroom which was next to her bed in the bedroom, just a few steps away.
Jodha washed her face, rinsed her mouth and asked jalal for the towel which is in the draw next to her bed.

After she got freshened up, jalal bought the lunch tray closer to her and said start eating, baby!

Jodha saw her lunch and it was steamed vegetables, warm and perfect salted mash potatoes and a small piece of chicken with gravy!
She was happy with her lunch meal. She knows that jalal himself hasn't been eating or drinking anything properly! So she happily started eating her lunch and shared her lunch with her husband.

Now it was time for Dr. Matheen to check up jodha's health!

Dr. Matheen walked inside all smiling and said
"So how is everything today?"
Jodha and jalal both looked at the doctor and were finally happy to hear a news of jodha getting discharged from hospital today!

Dr. Matheen checks up jodha and says you can go home anytime now, but you just need to be very careful.
Jalal quickly stands up in a rush just in case he doesn't blurt anything out, unknowingly.
As jalal stood up with a jolt, jodha and Dr. Matheen looks at jalal with a confused face.
Jalal then changes his facial expressions, he gets happy and says;
"Can I really take my wife back home now?"
Doctor says "Yes you sure can".
Then Dr. Matheen adds:
"Mr Mohammad, can you give me a minute please?"

Jalal then told jodha to get ready to leave, and that he will be back in a minute or so.

Jalal goes outside the room with the doctor!
Doctor informs jalal to be very careful during these left over 6 months.
Doctor says;
"Mr Mohammad, we normally don't inform couples about this if pregnancy is normal. But if there are complications with pregnancies then we suggest the couple to avoid inter-course or any sexual relation until birth, if possible.
Having an inter-course during pregnancy is a healthy activity for the mother and child as it pleasures the mother, which is the most important thing during pregnancy, to keep the mother and child pleasured.
But in this case, we would suggest to avoid any types of sexual inter-course as it can be harmful for the baby".

Jalal was shocked and hurt hearing this. He felt as if someone threw a huge rock at him. He thought, 'I will somehow convince myself. But how will i convince jodha this?'

Dr. Matheen adds
"If this accident never happened, then we wouldn't have suggested this to you. But it's our job to inform the couples about inter-course during pregnancy or not, especially if it's normal pregnancy or complicated."

Jalal in a low tone says;
Yes doctor, I understand. Thank You so much once again, you've been a great help!

Doctor says, mention not! your wife's next check up APPT (appointment) letter will be posted and faxed to you.
They both smile to each other and shake hands.

Jalal goes back inside to jodha and sees that she has finished dressing up and is ready sitting on the bed, happily fixing her hair, ready to go home!

Jodha being too excited to go home, gets up, picks up her bag and says
"Jaana, let's go home now. I want to get out of here already! I am craving for some Mc Bites from Mc Donald's, we'll grab them on the way back home."

Hearing that she is craving for some fast food, that too oily food, jalal says;
"Babe, no junk food, only healthy!"

Jodha gets irritated and says
'Don't get me angry Mr Mohammad."
He smirks and says
"Kya kar le gi hummari jungli billi?"

Jodha and jalal reaches to the car park and she says
"Ab ghar toh jaa re hain na, raat ko jungli billi ke tarha nauch ke kha jaaungi"

Jalal remembers the doctors words as soon as he understood what jodha means right now.
To avoid that; he says, jodha, you're pregnant. Your stomach will start showing in a couple of days or weeks, why would you want to eat junk food now and get fat before hand?!

Sitting in their car, calling her fat, jodha gets a little upset and remains quiet.
Jalal starts driving home, they drove pass Mc Donald's and jodha's eyes were only fixed at the 'M', logo of Mc Donald's.
She was craving, pretty bad. She always loved Mc Bites from Mc Donald's.
Jalal notices her gaze at the 'M' logo and that she's upset.
Jalal chuckles and asks her
"kya hua jodha, itni chup chaap kyun ho?"

jodha: *no response*

jalal: what happened to my jungli billi all of a sudden?

jodha: you called me fat.

jalal: I didn't call you fat my baby, I said that your stomach will grow soon, so why eat junk food now and get fat before hand!! that's two different things there!

jodha: you still called me fat. in advanced.

jalal: you're not fat baby, you're perfect. you've got the most perfect shaped body, who would know this more than me.. Ask me!! haha

jodha: would you still love me the way you've always loved me, even when i go fat due to pregnancy?

jalal stops at traffic lights and looks at jodha. he notices her slight gleamy wet eyes.
he asks her if she is doubting on his love for her.
jodha gets startled that he misunderstood her.

she quickly looks at him, puts her palm over his hand and says;
"No no, god no. I can never doubt you. You misunderstood me babe. I meant you will not stop loving me na, if my body shape changes after giving birth?"

jalal then pulls his hands away from jodha and starts driving again and says;
"You're doubting me jodha. I don't love your body, I love you.
I don't love you for your perfect body, I love your heart which is made of gold.
I love you for who you are, not for what you are.
I love you, because you're MY jodha.
How can I stop loving MY jodha, for the reasons why I don't love her."

Jodha became so emotional, she was feeling very happy, at peace! She wiped her tears and rested her head on his shoulder and put her arms around his arms and with her eyes shut and said,

"Jalal, I am sorry. I can't express my love to you the way you can. But I want you to know jalal, that I love you so much. Probably until my last breath. I just love you jalal. I want to make love with you, I want you to make love with me. I just want you to love me. I want to feel you inside me again, I love you jalal.. "
She lifts her head to kiss him, but she realized that they've reached home!

Jalal says, why'd you stop?
Jodha looks at jalal, smiles and gives him a passionate full kiss on his lips and says;
"Let's go inside now!"

Finally jodha and jalal reached to their doorstep! Jalal took the keys, opened the door then both finally walked inside.

As they walked inside, jodha locks the door and jalal continues to the living room. He reaches to the living room and throws himself on the couch! Before he shut his eyes to relax, he saw his massive house and his eyes stopped at their round stair case.

Flashbacks were going through jalals head of the accident.
He screamed out his wife's name.
Jodha heard and got scared. She quickly went to him and saw him tightly shutting his eyes, and covering his ears tightly!

Jodha gets worried and yells out;
"JALAL, What happened?!!!" She sits next to him, trying to remove his hands away from his ears.
When she succeeded, she lovingly asked him again;
"jalal kya hua?!"

Jalal looks at jodha, his eyes were full of tears. He just quickly hugs her tightly and says
"You're okay, you're okay, you're okay!!"
Jodha quickly hugs him back, caresses his head and back. She continues and says;
"Jalal I am fine, nothing has happened. look, aap ki jodha. aap ke paas hai. aap ki bahon mein, sahi salamat."

jalal breaks the hug and looks at his wife from tip to toe..
she is fine.. he sighed a relief.
he lays down on the couch, resting his head on jodha's lap.
His face was hidden in her stomach. He put his arms around her tummy and just hugged her. he just wanted to stay like this.

"Aap thora der ke liye araam kar lijiye jalal, hum hain aap ke saath."
says jodha and caresses his head until he fell asleep on jodha's lap.

after jalal fell asleep, jodha held his head right against her stomach and silently cried. she can't see her jalal like this, her jalal isn't weak, he shouldn't be like this she thought.
she wiped her tears and thought, he is probably shocked, he is blaming himself for this accident.
maybe it will take a few days for jalal to come out of this shock, this accident has made him very scared.
He fears of loosing me and our baby, he needs me, I always need to be with him, I need to give him everything, and make him come out of this shock...
