Jodha is always busy with others in agra fort

Either she is romancing Akbar

Busy talking to Birbal

Discussing song with Tansen

Feeding Murad and Daniyal

Saving people from Ruqaiah

Busy thinking of mayka and Man Bai

Busy saving Khyber and others

In bet she forgot she has one son Salim

where is that boy going? what he is doing?

What are his like/dislike? Whom he loves?(full agra fort knows salim loves anarkali except Jodha-Akbar)

What about feeding him to once?

In teenage years from 13 till 22-23 years parents keep highest tab on kids and here parents especially mom have no idea about son

What sort of dysfunctional family is this?

Why cannot Jodha do to Salim what she does to others?

Yes Salim is a bit rude but nowadays teens are more independent and make big issues if asked/objected so parents do not leave them on own etc tab must be kept right otherwise they spoil with bad company

I think jodha has been a good mom for me...
She used to sing lullabies and was always worried for him...i dont think the issue is from jodha but rather salim...jodha did her best as a mom..be it for teenage/child salim
even when salim left she kept agonising...so why should parents understand teenages?? i think salim is big enough to know what he is doing! He gives long speeches yet what her massa inculcated to him as child is nowhere to be seen...i would rather say that salim was not protected since childhood...it doesnt mean that akdha doesnt care for him..but as a child he was too much exposed..to crimes,hatred and wrong people...
jodha and jalal as well have been exposed to bad people yet they knew how to differentiate bw them...

she is fixing maan mariage with a person who does not even know her well
but she does not know the person who loves maan with all his heart

jodha ko thoda waqt salim ko bi dena chahiye shyd unko thoda ehsas ho jaye k unki maasa unse kitna pyar krti h.. pta to rkhna chahiye k beta aaj kal kar kya rha h.. in mamle me rukaiya begm ka hi dimag zyada chalta h jis bi insan ko target kr liya uske bare me sari khabar rkhti h.. agr beta nhi bi sun rha h to thoda sakhti dikhaye jodha begm bt iske alawa sare kaam mukamal krti h aur jo krna chahiye vo nhi kr ri h..

I disagree that Jodha has been busy with everybody other than Salim. She loves Salim more than her life, thinks about him all the time. She even cancelled their anniversary plans on account of her distance from the son. Only thing which is working against her is that her goodness to all. Time and time again Ruk has hurt her, Jodha knows how Ruk is but still respects her and does not feel jealous about Ruk being a sautan or badi ammi of Saleem. It is unfortunate that the son Saleem is totally under the bad influence of Ruk and Haider and all evil people. As much as Jodha is hurting due to the distance between her and Salim, it is good that at least Jodha is not following the wrong path of manipulation and murder to keep her position intact like Ruk or Mahamanga. Cvs are taking the story in a such a way that the rift between Salim and the parents is deepening...however it is not because of Jodha's lac of effort to take care of Salim, it is just her misfortune that the son is so messed up with hatred that he cannot differentiate between who is good to him and who are bad for him.

Jodha is good mom but she does not spend time with salim

anyways he was away for 8 years in war field

after that I never see her sending him food or checking about him left him on his own because he gets angry seeing her

that shall create more misunderstanding as salim think no one loves him his parents specially

Yes salim has faced too much crimes - kidnap, attempt on life, sent to war alone, no family for company etc

I know lots of folks from army and they have tough time sinking with family once they come back or retire. So I can understand where to salim behaviour and anger and frustration comes. Especially a small child it will be angry that while it was facing bullets and enemy family/friends enjoying not bothered. Once they come back also family does not give extra attention after a few days its back to their own life. So that is where this anger and insecurity stems in army people.

But with salim its different. He feels wronged as a child when he was vulnerable he was punished badly by sending to old woman house and army. Qadir came to teal magoes from Mughal garden in agra fort and salim shot him by mistake. If someone comes to steal in house you can shoot him for protection so not a crime actually. Salim fault is not telling parents about it that is because he is scared that parents will punish him, parents never instill confidence in him that he can tell them anything and they shall not over react. Its not 8 year child fault but parents fault. If child lies at home it means parenting is going wrong. Further the war field at 9 years old has scared him although he never tells outside and says he was happy in war field only. But once he says Akbar did you ever bother what I eat, how I slept alone in war field for 7 years? No but you are angry that I drank one glass and are shouting at me. So you see the psychology 7 years parents never asked how you eat, sleep etc to him but now they act morally right that he should not drink, smoke etc no child or human shall ever listen in that circumstance ever.

you show him love he never forgets

you hurt him once he never forgives

He is not street smart guy to understand ruq and haider

@ Bold... its human nature to believe sweet talk people it may be salim or Akbar or Jodha...
