Thank you Preeti.😊
That was one hugely disappointed, frustrated JA fan letting off some steam.😳 It is unbelievable that a historical such as Jodha Akbar, is being given shoddy treatment. Instead of prolonging this rubbish, I wish the serial ends soon. Kya bakwaas dikha rahi hai, Ekta Kapoor.

The Creatives need to be taken to task and the Production house needs to be accountable for showing such utter nonsense on prime time.

I can accept this 'afeem' atrocity if the intention behind showing it had a social message. In this case , it is utter rubbish in the guise of natakiya roopantar. A drug addict will beg for drugs, why display it blatantly? 😡 😡. A drug addict behaving erratically, illogically, insensibly and disrespectfully, is not new, why display it and incorporate it in such a horrible way into the storyline? However bad or negative a character she maybe, why showcase a mother-like figure, whom the heir apparent addresses as 'badi ammi', providing drugs for the crown prince? Aren't her nautanki, disloyalty towards her spouse, jealousy and insecurity towards a fellow queen, screaming, lying and scheming bad enough?

Most importantly, why depict Jodha and Akbar as complete dimwits who have no clue about the going-ons in their son's life. This is not the 21st Century, where individual privacy exists, but the 15th century Agra mahal where even walls had ears, eyes and mouths and nothing like secrets existed. Moreover the Emperors always had informers to keep them up to date with all the happenings within the mahal. In this case, I'm sure since Salim was the only precious child, Akbar would have been doubly aware of the different aspects of his growth.

Despicable. Last year at this time, this serial was ruling the charts. What has the Production House done to their own masterpiece?

RIP Jodha Akbar.

I could not have said it better. Kudos to you. I agree with every word you say
